This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath house has a private backyard paradise with a new inground pool and a putting green! The pool is open spring-fall and can be heated or chilled.

You’ll be within a short walk to Park Circle's restaurants, wine bars, breweries, shops, tennis courts and the amazing new inclusive playground.

Nestled in the heart of Park Circle, among beautiful parks and a vibrant commercial district, our home offers convenience, comfort, and style. The house features a large front porch with a day bed swing, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, high ceilings, three bedrooms with king-size beds, and a brand-new saltwater pool.

Have a cocktail and listen to some tunes on the front porch, make a gourmet meal and dine at our mid-century table, or cozy up on the double sofas while watching the 75-inch smart TV. If you need to do some remote work, we provide a flexible workstation with a flatscreen monitor.

The property features:

PRIVATE, IN-GROUND POOL
Welcome to your backyard oasis. The saltwater pool can be heated for those crisp fall nights or chilled for the steamy summer days. The backyard also features a putting green, 6 sun loungers, a gas fire pit, a gas grill area, and a teak outdoor dining table for you and your friends and family to all gather around, relax, and enjoy!

Please note that the pool is set to an ambient temperature for each season, any adjustments will have to be requested as it takes time to raise and lower the temperature.

SOUTHERN PORCH CHILLING
The front porch features a comfy day bed and two rattan chairs. The string lights above contain Bluetooth speakers to help set the vibe.

BRIGHT, OPEN LIVING AREA
The space flows from the sitting area into the dining area into the kitchen, making it easy for your group to comfortably gather and spend time together. From the front foyer you enter the sitting area, which contains two West Elm leather sofas and a large Roku television. The dining area, which seats 6 comfortably, is perfect for a family meal or game night. We provide a nice collection of games as well as a poker set.

FULLY EQUIPPED CHEF'S KITCHEN
The kitchen features a gas range, 48-bottle wine fridge, and lots of counter space. It is equipped with most everything you should need to make a delicious meal - a variety of pots, pans, dishes, knives, cooking utensils, a full spice drawer, some dry goods, and a full pantry for you to store your food. There are 4 seats at the kitchen island.

THREE COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom suite is situated in the back of the house for privacy. The king-sized bed is adjustable at the head and foot of the bed via remote for maximum comfort. The front two bedrooms are also both equipped with king-sized beds. We only use white cotton linens with fluffy duvets for a touch of hotel elegance. All three rooms have large televisions and ample space to store your belongings.

TWO FULL BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms and has a bathtub/shower combo.

AMPLE PARKING
With its own private driveway that accommodates 2 vehicles, and additional parking in front of the house, parking and unloading will be the least of your worries throughout your stay here!

Nice, clean home loaded with everything you need if you didn't want to venture out but also within 15-20 minutes of all the tourist destinations. The putting green and pool were a huge hit and on top of that, there's a phenomenal park for kids just a couple blocks away. Owner was very responsive and helpful too - Thanks!

We had such an amazing stay at this home! The location was perfect—just a quick 15-minute drive to Downtown Charleston. The house itself was ideal for our group of three couples, with a layout that gave everyone their own space while still feeling cozy and welcoming.The kitchen was a true highlight—fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made it feel just like home. It was such a treat to have a place so thoughtfully equipped.The best part, though, was the backyard. The pool with in-water seating was absolutely perfect, and the lounge chairs with pillows made relaxing by the water even better. The putting green was an exceptional touch—my husband and his friends, who are avid golfers, loved it.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely come back!

Fantastic N. CHS stay - spectacular location

Our stay at this property was perfect. The home offered plenty of space, the kitchen was beautifully renovated, the decor and furniture very well done. Worked perfectly for our two night stay with another couple. The location is unbeatable - giving you an easy 5 min walk to all the restaurants and bars on the main street area. The large fenced in yard was a huge bonus as well, although it could use a little TLC and some grass to replace the dirt patches. Would totally stay here again.

Perfect North Charleston Location

Very walkable property with plenty of space to spread out. The property is honestly more spacious than the photos make it. All the necessities are on hand and you can’t beat the location. We very much enjoyed the big porch swing. The pack-n-play and child locks on cabinets were appreciated.

Wedding Weekend

We loved this cozy centrally located cottage! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable it was a perfect place for all ages for a wedding weekend. The pool was an added bonus that was not on the listing when we booked months ago, and one we really enjoyed. Extras included gourmet coffee, beach towels, pool floats and plenty of parking. AJ was a great host, constantly in communication, and made check in and check out a breeze.

Amazing!

This house was the perfect location for our weekend trip to see a concert at a Credit One Stadium. It was super clean, very well stocked and cozy! The homeowners definitely did a great job with the interior!! It’s SO cute! Perfect house for 6 adults..we enjoyed our stay so much!!

Standing ovation!

Our daughters (ages 10 & 12) competed in a week long dance nationals event at the convention center in June. We chose this house for the location but LOVED it’s rejuvenating perks! The beds were super comfortable with quality linens, the pool was refreshing after long days of dance & the front porch swing was the perfect spot to read a book and relax. The pictures are accurate but it’s even better in person! The kitchen is beautiful with an entire spice drawer available and really nice pots/pans/utensils. Park Circle is a cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants & coffee shops within walking distance. Downtown Charleston was easy to get to as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Love this place

I am originally from Goose Creek and moved away 17yrs ago. Came back for our son’s wedding and needed a place to stay. I found AJ’s property and liked the pictures. It wasn’t until we arrived that we actually knew we found the right place. My wife and daughter started taking pictures for future projects at our current houses!!! Loved everything about it!!! House, neighborhood, updates to the interior!!! We will definitely be returning to AJ’s property in the future. Thank y’all so much

park circle escape

Just finished a fantastic month long stay at AJ and Aaryne's Park Circle home, escaping from the COLD of New England. They are amazing hosts who have thought of just about everything. The house looks exactly like the pics - if anything, better in person. I am a cook and have rented many high-end vacation rentals, only to arrive and find the kitchen equipment on par with a 22 year-old's starter kitchen. Not here - they have everything! The layout of the house is great - very open living space; private bedrooms to unwind. The front porch swing is incredibly relaxing. The Park Circle neighborhood is very trendy, with several great restaurants and cafes in walking distance, Riverfront Park is a find just minutes away (watch for dolphins in the Cooper River!) The gorgeous dog friendly Sullivan's Island beach is only 15 minutes away - took my black lab there every single morning. My only recommendation (not a criticism) is it would be great if the overhead lights in the main living spaces were on dimmer switches. I'm a mood lighting freak, and when the overhead lights were on, it was always a bit too bright for me,,,,but that could just be me. Overall, a great stay with incredibly thoughtful hosts!

Wedding trip vacation

My family traveled to the Charleston area for a wedding and stayed to explore. This house is gorgeous and at the same time very homey! The rooms are large and the amenities are awesome and everything was as pictured on the website. The neighborhood was so quiet and close to all the Park Circle restaurants and even Folly Beach was a quick and easy drive to enjoy a day at the ocean. We were provide beach chairs and towels and when I asked AJ if there was a beach umbrella he said they would try to get me one and sure enough it was in the closet with the chairs. But the BEST thing about this house was the gigantic bed size porch swing! My daughter and I spent hours on this swing and she even took a nap on it. All in all we had a marvelous time and would love to spend time here again. Ginny Grimes-from Pittsburgh, PA.

AJ's background lies in construction and project management. In addition to fifteen years of building and renovating homes, AJ is an experienced real estate agent and vacation rental owner. His creativity and insight allow him to spot the potential in a house, and he has the experience to know exactly what it will take to maximize and maintain that potential.
