This large 4 bedroom 3 bath villa is the perfect get-away to relax and unwind. Private, yet close to all the amenities. Steps from the tennis court & pool and a short walk to the beach, golf and the Sonesta Resort & Spa. Something for everyone! Only thing you will need to pack are your clothes, sandals and some beach towels & chairs (although HHI loves to sell them to their vacationers and every store and supermarket carry them)!

Our new favorite!

The rental is a perfect place for a fun family vacation. My husband and I came with our 4 adult children and son-in-law. There was more than enough space for us to relax and enjoy. The property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We have named this property our new favorite and plan to make an annual visit our family tradition.

Very spacious villa

This property is so spacious! We have a large family and have trouble finding a villa that will accommodate all of us. My only complaint is that there wasn’t enough seating in the living room and the beds were uncomfortable. If those improvements were made we’d make this our number one place to stay at Hilton head.

Great stay

Beautiful home in a lovely community! The house was well stocked with everything needed for a perfect stay. We had 7 adults, 1 child and 1 baby and everyone was comfortable. We were able to use the pool with no issue. The beach however is farther than described. There is no way to physically get to the beach in 15 minutes, unless you are running at a pretty good clip. It is 20-25 minutes. Even still, we greatly enjoyed ourselves. It has a great location and we will be back!

Spacious beautiful home

The home was perfect for my family of 5 and 3 friends. My daughter and her friend took the downstairs bedroom with a full bathroom next to the room. My son, stepson and their two friends took the master and twin beds room and shared the master bathroom. This worked well bc the rooms were right beside each other. My husband and I took the other king size bedroom and we had our own full bath beside it. Lots of privacy for each group of teens and us adults. Living room and dining table were great for all us watching shows together and eating together. Alice made everything easy! Tennis courts and pool are very nice and beach is so close! Highly recommend!

Great location, fantastic amenities

We rented the property as a birthday treat to my mom. This property was gorgeous, spacious and well-appointed with little touches (e.g, fluffy towels, kitchen appliances, board games, TVs, washer & dryer) that made it homey and convenient. Very spacious, clean and in a great location. The owner was responded quickly to questions and was very easy to talk to. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

Loving Hilton Head

The condo was great and really met our needs with teenagers. It has most anything you will need and then some Great place to bike the trails or the beach. Good location ! The only negative is the beds aren’t that comfortable. Overall a great vacation!

A wonderful family getaway

We had a mini family reunion with our kids and it was a wonderful property with plenty of room for us to all be together. The bedrooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. There were no bikes available and that was a bummer and we learned that you need to have an additional pass if you would like to park closer to the beach. Had we known, we would gladly have paid the $15. The walk isn't bad if you aren't carrying a lot of items. All in all we had a great time and loved the home!

You could be anywhere

You are located in a nice neighborhood near a golf course, but the beach is nowhere in sight. The beach is a 12-15 minute walk from the rental. There is limited parking near it. Only allowed to have 3 parking spaces at the rental.

HUGE place and perfect location

Alice was super helpful when we had a snafu at the gate upon our arrival. The house is huge! And has everything we needed. They even had some spices, oil, etc. We originally planned to go with our grandparents but they got sick and couldn’t come. The house would be perfect for 2 families to stay in. I w been coming to HHI for 20+ years and Shipmaster was a perfect location. Less than a mile from the beach, right across from the pool, which was good and shaded. Beds were uncomfortable, that’s the only negative

Hilton Head Wedding

The owner responded to our questions quickly. The villa was comfortable with ammenities of home. Rooms are spacious and villa has a large patio. Located close to pool and short bike ride to beach. Shipyard plantation is a wonderful location, quiet yet close to dining and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay.

Boys tennis trip

This was the perfect size for 4 men with everyone having their own bedroom and 3 bathrooms. The location to the tennis courts, beach and restaurants is excellent and we road our bikes everywhere.

Great first trip to HHI

The villa was very clean with plenty of room. We spent a lot of time on the patio and ate outside at the dining table. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to make several meals during our stay. We brought along some extra dishwasher pods and picked up some napkins and kleenex. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were big and soft. We used the pool and tennis court and both were lots of fun. It's a bit of a hike to the beach, so we drove and parked in the public parking section. Parking can get a little busy mid day, but there was plenty of room when we went to watch the sunrise or look at the stars at night. The neighborhood is very quiet and the residents we met were very friendly. The alligators keep to themselves, and we saw lots of cool birds and some deer. It was a great vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head Island!

Family weekend getaway

Spacious villa for our group of eight to connect and enjoy the beach for the weekend. Had trouble trying to work the smart TVs . In the twin room we never did get the Tv working I guess due to live-streaming. The villa tastefully decorated with the beach theme. A little more attention to detail needed with bathroom sanitizing especially shower. Good communication with property manager. Overall a great vacation spot.

Surprise engagement in a beautiful setting

From the beginning this property was amazing. Well appointed whiter area with lush surroundings. Probably need to rethink the amount of supplies needed- we had to buy extra toilet paper, dish soap and laundry soap. But we loved it and will be back

Kate was great to work with. We had a hiccup at the gate (somehow our info didn’t get to right person) but Kate came through for us! Large rooms and great beds in nice area! We would do it all again in a heartbeat!

Nice stay

The condo was very spacious, clean and well stocked. We had an issue with the parking pass which made our weekend very stressful but this was not the fault of the owner, who was more than communicative as was Alice, the property manager. I believe a little clarity about the rules of the parking pass and entrance to Shipyard would have helped. Again, not Kate’s fault. Overall, a beautiful area and a well kept, clean and nice condo. Pool and beach areas were very nice.
