2 Bedroom Luxury Condo in the heart of Treasure Island, Florida on the Isle of Capri! 30-40 min from the Tampa Airport, 20 min to downtown St. Petersburg. 5 minute walk to the beach + walking distance to all of the favorite local spots on Treasure Island including John's Pass (1.2 miles away), Sunshine Beach, great restaurants & coffee bars and more. Situated on the waterway with boats right outside the window, enjoy a month or longer at this beautiful, updated and gorgeous condo!
The space
This condo is one of a kind & will leave you feeling pampered and rested. Each bedroom has its own private full bath. Fully-stocked kitchen perfect for cooking your own meals; 3 TVs (living room + each bedroom) connected to WiFi and Spectrum. Echo Dot for your music needs is provided, too. Plenty of storage for all of your clothes and gear -- bring your bikes, kayaks, etc. There's a large storage room on the ground level and parking for one car (or two cars tandem); washer & dryer included, too. Balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. Ground level has a patio and also a swimming pool for residents and guests. The condo is managed by the owner with housekeeping service available as needed. The condo is available for a minimum 30 day rental up to 4 months at a time. Please inquire with any questions. Guest access
There is a covered parking spot for the unit (and two cars will fit tandem). You can also walk just about anywhere and Treasure Island has lots of inexpensive local taxi & driver options as well. You are welcome to bring bikes and/or rent bikes for your stay nearby.
Other things to note
We are required (by the building) to have at least two weeks notice for guests and will need to submit your information to the HOA for approval during this time period. So please plan ahead. Also, only one check-in is allowed every 30 days. You can stay for fewer days but must book for at least 30. We also welcome stays longer than 30 days. Application must be completed by guest for approval once booked.

I was so excited to find this incredible condo on Treasure Island as a place to getaway myself with my friends and family and also to rent to great guests like you. I have three children in their early twenties and have lived in St Louis all of my life except for college. I have a great career and lots of friends and look forward to providing a great experience for my Florida guests like we do in Missouri!

I looked at a lot of properties along the Gulf Coast and fell in love with this condo because it is absolutely stunning and super comfy! I love looking out at the waterway and made the final decision when I walked to the beach before I purchased; it's about a 5 minute walk (maybe 10 if you slow stroll). The island is very walkable which I also love, plus it's a quick 30 minute drive from the Tampa Airport. Also, you can easily go to Downtown St Pete for an evening out on the town -- so much fun, cultural and lively! I have found that Treasure Island has a great local vibe with wonderful quaint restaurants, a great beach scene and super nice locals. I really didn't know much about Treasure Island before I started looking at real estate in Florida but I know that I made the perfect choice.

We are right on the water! I looked out the window one day and saw a crew boat paddling by. I love that. If you like to walk, you can get to restaurants on foot (and of course the beach -- you won't want to drive it's so close). There's a park with a dog park just across the street, too, plus tennis courts, a playground and a walking trail. The beach has a 2 mile long boardwalk if you like to walk by the water but not in the sand. You can also rent bikes, boats and watercraft nearby and there are lots of local drivers to get you around or to/from the airports.
