I you don't include in the booking it will be added... Thank you...Beautiful WATERFRONT Condo complete unit can be used for up to 4, PLEASE note the price is for 1-2, the additional adults are an additional $50.00 per week..even if more than one night.... for cleaning purposes (sheets, towels etc.....Sunroom is seperate with private glass door for private sleeping area.... the sofa bed in the living room is a double sofa bed Prefer min. 4 day rental @ $110.00 night

Great Host and Location

My boyfriend and I traveled from MD for a wedding. Shawn was great with communication, and was able make accommodations for us upon request.The condo is perfect for two, with a shared dock in the back. Easy access to entertainment. We walked a lot because we preferred, but only a short drive if needed. Would suggest renting a golf cart The condo was clean and just as described. Would recommend if staying in the area. Thank again, Shawn for everything!

Difficult stay but great location

This was ultimately not a good experience for us. The location is great. The condo is a good size for a one bedroom. However, it is listed as a 3 bedroom and it only has one bedroom. The microwave didn't work. The washer used hot water if you put it on cold and cold water if you put it on hot and i didn't discover this until after washing our clothes. The blinds didn't work, so light flooded the living area (where the extra beds are) in the morning. The linens were stained. I had a very difficult time with the owner, although ultimately we were able to resolve the issues. Another positive was the unit was well stocked.

Excellent Condo-Great Family Value!

Every aspect of our 4 day/5 night stay met or exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this condo for a family of 4. Quite, safe location just a little bit out of the way, but only a few extra steps from all the waterfront action. We even experienced 3 dolphins swimming up to the dock as a bonus! Host provides the little extras that make it feel like home. Thank you and hope to be back!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed staying there. It was quiet and clean. It is also a great location. Walking distance to the dog park and beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The host kept $200 of my deposit because it was dirty, there were cigarette burns on sheets and the towels were stained. I cleaned the place after we left, we don't smoke and there were not stains on the towels. The front door didn't lock for the first two days we were there. His maintenance person was unable to fix it so one of us helped him with it. The place wasn't clean when we got there. His cleaning crew cleaned so well that they didn't even find the passport that a prior guest left behind. The place had multiple roaches alive and dead. Very unhappy.

Relaxing Stay!

Perfect for our family

Comparing it to the listing it met every aspect. It’s about a 10 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk in total to the ocean because the sand bank is deep and beautiful. For what it is I’d give it 5 stars but due to small details like need cosmetic repairing I rated the stay a 4. It was worth the price and great communication with management.

Beautiful Treasure Island

We stayed 2 months in this condo and enjoyed our time. Shawn was quick to answer any questions we had. This is a beautiful area to be in with a walking path a block away. The beach is a 15 minute walk and beautiful! The condo is all updated and clean.

Treasure Island Getaway

We had a great time during our stay! We worked with Shawn to address some issues early on as there had been a big storm the night before but he was extremely diligent and timely in both responding and acting to help us out despite having a lot going on. I didn't like it at all. I am fighting VRBO for a refund. It was advertised as a 3 bedroom. As elderly adults our own space is needed. It was 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a pull out sofa bed which was the most uncomfortable thing you'd ever want to try to sleep on. There was a bench with a cushion for 3rd bedroom...very small and slopes down...back breaking to say the least. The unit was clean and very nice in appearance. It was advertised as a 7 minute walk to the beach...maybe if your 20 or 30 you can sprint it but not for anyone over 60. I stayed 1 uncomfortable miserable night there instead of the 3 i had reserved. I am fighting for a full refund. The place is clean and nice for a young couple
