It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river, balcony, elevator, and beach access. Check-in was great, I liked how I was able to text back and forth. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was nice and close to nice restaurants. The condo itself needs a bit of updating.

We enjoyed our stay. There should be some cleaning supplies for the kitchen, kitchen towels, and a scouring pad.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in walking distance to everything on Main Street and had all the amenities that we would need. The property had plenty of space for all the family! We would definitely stay again

Loved Ocean Bay Club 810...hope to stay there again on my next trip! Property was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Was in walking distance to all the shag venues and restaurants. Ease of check in and check out was great!

Great Beach Vacation!

Condo was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our group (which included 2 school aged children). The beach was fantastic and the building was well maintained. We would have loved some extra pillows for the beds and a throw blanket or two but otherwise, the condo made for a fantastic trip!!!

Awesome!

John and Ann were very accommodating- responded within minutes every time! Perfect spot- pool, hot tub, lazy River, jacuzzi, 2 balconies and right on the beach! We couldn’t have found anywhere better to stay!

Great Location

Nice unit...only complaint is the back two bedrooms need blackout curtains as the lights from the nearby high rise are a problem if you like a dark room for sleeping. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped but a small galley area.

Great location

The location of the condo is great. Right on the beach with easy access. Everything you need is there. The only suggestion is that you bring your pillows and blankets. There are not any extra left for use.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at OCB 810. The place was actually much larger than I anticipated and looked just like the photos. It was squeaky clean and comfortable. It has a great view of the beach and we loved sitting out on the balcony. It accommodated my family and my in-laws perfectly with lots of privacy. We enjoyed the lazy river and pool during our stay which was not at all crowded. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Perfect for all ages!

The condo was perfect for the whole family. 4 generations, greatgran could watch from the balcony, everyone else and a 1.5 year old, we could go in and out as needed. Walking distance to just about anything and a Walmart less than a mile away. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, spacious, and had everything we needed. Would recommend bringing your own pillows, but other than that, 10 out of 10 for us!!

Great Week

The condo was beautiful and clean! The a/c wasn’t working properly when we arrived in the evening after all day travel and next day was our Nation’s Holiday to honor and remember our veterans so we were very grateful for the young man who came and got it working in almost no time! Every day was a beautiful day on the beach and kids loved pool and lazy River! This was absolutely a great catch on VRBO and if we return will look it up again. Thank you for a nice and affordable place!

Property was as described. Super easy to rent beach chairs & umbrellas for the week. Rented beach equipment delivered directly to unit. Only negative was the bed pillows were all very old & flat.

Relaxing!

The property was fantastic. Location could not have been any better for us to walk to restaurants and shops. My teens enjoyed walking to The Melt for ice cream every evening. We were on the 8th floor but elevators were fast and I would even take the stairs down just to get some steps in. As an end, apartment it was peaceful and so roomy. I called maintenance for some power outlets but turned out it was my issue and not the outlets. :) The maintenance worker was quick on arriving and professional. We had him tighten a screw on a shower faucet (very minor) but everything worked well and we also enjoyed playing Scattergories from the game cabinet one evening when it was raining. Having two coffee makers was fantastic as well as an electric griddle as I cooked up egg sandwiches for all 7 of us each morning. We even played pool and used the fitness center. Great perks to have!! Thank you for a great facility. We felt safe and the clean facility allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay.

Beautiful view

It is very nice. There were 2 couples and 2 singles. It would be better if there were larger beds. At least one more king. The 2 queens seemed a little small, more like full-size beds. The mattress’s were foam, which are kind of hot. Other than the beds, I would give it a 5 star.

Family Fun

Unit better than described. It has 3 full baths not 2 full plus 1 with only a toilet. Great balcony views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach and pool. Everything you need in the kitchen. The TVs were easy to operate. Only 2 cons. No remotes to operate the DVD player for the extensive collection of movies. The other con is not finding out that we would be charged $15.00 each for any missing/lost swim bracelets that allow you to use the 2 pools and the lazy river. Luckily we found all 7 of ours before leaving. Bottom line...this is an Awesome property. Everyone had a Great time!!!

Beautiful view

Positives: This condo was perfect size for our family of 7. The view was not disappointing. Within walking distance to stores, beach, restaurants. Also close to a Kroger which was great when we needed something. Was nice you can rent chairs and an umbrella down at the beach. Was perfect there was a storage container outside the room with beach necessities… which is great when you fly and can’t bring it with you. Every one in the area seemed nice and friendly. Having the showers and rinse off areas down by the beach was another huge plus, helps keep the sand out of the room. Negatives: A dresser had pink pills in it when we opened the drawer…. Thank goodness my kids are old enough to know better! One bathroom had pee all around the toilet. A kitchen cabinet was broken (next to the fridge) , many of the dishes and pans were greasy and nasty.. had to wash them all before use. The kitchen floor was gross, no one seemed to mop or sweep it before we arrived. The extra pillows had no pillow cases, there was no extra blankets available. The showers in all the bathrooms were difficult to use at first, you have to turn the faucet a lot for it to turn on. There were things left by other guests, which we left because it’s not our responsibility. Under the beds was quite dirty, also most the fans had tons of dust. The ceiling in one bathroom was falling off.
