Anchor up to the shoals along Island Beach and beat the summer heat.
House includes all modern amininities, with a Washer, Dryer.

If you’re looking for a place to relax and read or just float in the heated pool, this is the place for you. I feel completely recharged after loading in the heated soft water pool for a week. Great seafood nearby. Jason the owner is wonderful!

Stayed here for three nights had a great time! Location worked well for us we went to Long Beach one day and Six Flags the next. I wish we had another day to just relax at the house.

Great Family Friendly Rental!

This was the perfect rental for our extended 2024 MDW! Having the pool for the kids to hop in and out of + the dock for when they wanted to jump into the lagoon or take the kayak & paddle boards out, was perfect. It kept them entertained the entire weekend. Very cozy house, perfect for a small family. Looking forward to going back again.

Property was as described. Salt water pool was clean and refreshing. There were adult paddle boards and small kayaks for the kids as well as pool toys and floats. Plenty of room for a large boat to a wave runner. Outdoor hot water shower was a bonus as there is only 1 full bath. Awesome host. We will be back!

Great time !

My stay at this property was terrific . The property was beautiful and the home was immaculate.. everything was well-stocked from towels through kitchen needs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat ! I’d also like to comment how friendly all the neighbors were. Everybody we saw out in the back or walking down the street stopped to say hello. I can’t thank Jason enough for being such a wonderful property owner . Through the process he answered any question I had, and always responded quickly!

First Rate Home

The home and property are in excellent condition and very well maintained. The layout is very comfortable. Very well equipped as far as appliances, modern kitchen, central air, washer/dryer, linens, towels, wifi and large screen tv. Backyard inground pool and patio space is in similar condition to the house and a great place to kick back and relax. The waterfront location is beautiful and worked out very well for us- a couple buddies getting together to fish for a couple days. We chartered a local captain for two fishing trips and he was able to pick us up and drop us off at the dock.

The house is beautiful and so cozy! Jason left everything you need in the kitchen to cook. Laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. the backyard gets the best sunsets! Quiet neighborhood but everyone is soooo nice! Beautiful neighborhood to take a walk around and catch the most picture perfect sunrise/sunsets! Stayed here while our house was under construction. Jason gets back to you right away with any questions. Amazing host!

Enjoyable Stay

Quick long weekend with family. Most of the time was spent in the backyard. The kids enjoyed the pool. The yard offered sunset views and stargazing. Thank you for your hospitality Jason!

Summer Fun

Lovely 2-bedroom house on a lagoon, with a pool and lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Our friends brought their 28-ft. boat, and there was plenty of room. The host was very friendly, we had a wonderful week, and would come back again!

Waterfront Bliss!

The pictures for this listing really don't do it justice! The house was adorable: updated, very clean, and cozy... had everything you needed to feel right at home. Our absolute favorite part though was the backyard. No detail was overlooked in the planning of this area! The pool was sparkling, clean, heated, and had plenty of built in seating. Even the hottest days were made comfortable with a swim or from the warm breezes coming off the nearby bay. The pool surround was comfortable on your feet...never too hot. There were plenty of outdoor seating options...chaise loungers, a large table for meals, or the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Firewood was available in the decorative storage rack. We enjoyed using the grill on some days and roasting marshmallows at night. Being on the water was so peaceful and scenic...we even had a swan family stop by for a visit! What we didn't have to deal with were insects! The neighborhood was very quiet yet only a quick ride to anything you need. Shop Rite, Dunkin Donuts, Wawa, CVS to name a few. Waterfront dining and night life are only a mile away. It was perfect for our family but is suitable for an adults only visit as well. Jason responded to all inquiries quickly and was an excellent host! Can't say enough good things and we look forward to visiting again!

Great house, great location

We had such a great stay. The house was clean and well stocked. Jason was very responsive. The location is great for a boat, close to the inlet for fishing and boating! And the kids loved every minute in the pool!

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. We loved the home! It was extremely well kept. Jason has wonderful waterfront property and is close to everything. Perfect setting

We enjoyed our stay in Forked River. The house was clean and the setting is absolutely beautiful. Although the cool weather crept up on us, having the heated pool was a lifesaver. We swam regardless sunshine or rain. The host, Jason, is friendly, kind and extremely helpful. Thank you we will definitely be back.
