Looking for peace and tranquility? Look no further. This water side home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located 1 mile from a bay beach with water view restaurants, marina, boats & jet ski rentals. Enjoy fishing off the back dock or kayaking in the bay. This shore house is decorated with traditional "shore house" touches down to the tiniest details. This gorgeous getaway is , 10 miles from LBI, 20 miles from Seaside, and 22 miles from Historic Smithville.

This home features 3 bedrooms to sleep 6. The brand new kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, with dishes, cooking pots/pans, silverware and cooking utensils. The 2 full baths - one with a shower stall and one with a tub/shower combo come stocked with towels and basic toiletries. The dining room seats 6 with a full view of the lagoon. The stunning backyard comes with a private outdoor shower and a patio with a propane grill. The patio is fully equipped with out door furniture. Enjoy fishing or crabbing off the 25 ft. private dock.

Once again we enjoyed our stay!!The house has a very nice beach decor, is very clean and very comfortable and in the perfect location for local shopping and access to LBI. Nice big backyard with a dock. Thanks again John!

Amazing from start to finish !!

This rental was so amazing. I have a 3 year old and the backyard was key! It’s all fenced in with a dock where we watched swans in the morning !! The biggest hit was the outdoor shower (for her!) The house has everything you could possibly need and more! The Public Beach which is a bay is amazing for little ones !! We went there every day! John was an incredible host and everything was clean when we arrived !! I highly recommend this house, especially if you have kids !!

Beautiful shore home

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything you could possibly need for a week down the shore was included. One of the main reasons we picked this property was my need for accessibility. No stairs, very few tripping hazards (throw rugs can easily be moved), and one small threshold out the back door. The only problem was the bathrooms. With my 22" walker, I could barely squeeze through the doorway and not able to access the shower. We've been to many VRBO sites, and this was one of the best. Thank you, John. You were a great host.

Very nice house and location, very clean with all home conveniences

Had a very enjoyable stay, barbecued in the back yard, fished and crabbed off the back dock. Very convenient location. Nice quiet neighborhood. House has a very nice layout, and was very clean.

Relaxing and Peaceful Home Away from Home

We choice this vacation spot. The home is actually bigger than it appears in the pictures. It was very clean and beautifully beachy decorated. The bedrooms are tucked in the back. The dining room overlooks the canal and was a great game room in the evening. It’s do friendly and the back yard is huge. The bayside beach is very pretty and minutes away. We enjoyed going to LBI which is very close by. You will definitely enjoy your stay here and have beautiful memories.

Perfect house

We loved our stay at the house in Barnegat. The house is adorable, comfortable and has everything you need and more. House is decorated adorably and the back yard is just lovely. We really enjoyed just looking at the water from the dining room and the backyard. Host answered all of our questions so promptly. Would definitely book again. 10 out of 10 stars. Ps We enjoyed eating and Sun Harbor and Mud City Crab.

Great time better than expected

Me and my family had a great time. Home was very clean and updated. Very quiet and peaceful area. Texted owner and immediately responded back. Home had everything you would need. Close to everything. Would definitely come back again

Waterfront Oasis

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at John’s Pebble Beach house! The home was exactly as described, meticulously clean, warm and welcoming. The house was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the yard, fire pit and kayaks! We were able to bring our boat as well…and the neighbors were really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, close to the bay and beach! We will definitely stay again!

Relax in Comfort

Excellent,updated and super clean property right on the water. We used the dock to fish and crab all week. Great sized backyard with bbq grill. TV’s in just about every room. We had a wonderful stay and definitely would stay here again.

This is our 2nd stay at this house and we once again had a great week. Accommodations were great and the backyard, relaxing by the fire pit made for many relaxing nights.

Great Getaway!

We were there for a week of non-stop family milestones and activities, and this beautifully decorated home was our place to retreat, chill and kick back to rejuvenate for the next event. The home is immaculate and the decor is just perfect! It has EVERYTHING you need for your stay! The inlet is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay very much! Danny's Bayshore Bagels and Naples Restaurant are right up the street and highly recommended too! Thanks John for sharing your home with us and for your great communication!

Rest & Relaxation

Don't be fooled by the outside. The house looks small but the inside is spacious and decorated beautifully. Everything was immaculate. We enjoyed our evenings in the outdoor space grilling & just relaxing, looking at the inlet. Our daily trips to Pebble Beach or a night out for dinner were all just short drives from the house. Also our host was very attentive. I had a question on the wi-fi and he got back to me within a few minutes. This was our first time booking through VRBO and happy to say it was a great experience. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Great week.

Everything was as perfect as possible. We totally enjoyed the peaceful location. Everyone loved the crabbing off the dock and the nearby beach. Hopefully we'll rent again depending on our adult kids plans. Thx for an awesome vacation 😎.

Gorgeous get-a-way on water

I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in many places both in the state, country and out of! John’s place is a gem and ranks right up there among the best. It’s a 3 bed, 2 full bath with plenty of living space. Backyard seals the deal on the water and complete with grill and firepit. Immaculate too! The decor is so lovely and bathrooms and kitchen well appointed. John was a dream to work with! Can’t wait to go back!!
