All new furniture, appliances, and décor ready for a quaint and cozy stay near the beach.

Spacious Master bedroom with views of Deal Lake and second bedroom is fitted to accommodate another person or couple comfortably, children or multi generational family!

Wow what a find a beautiful carriage impeccably decorated and you have privacy and seclusion a block from the beach. The host, David was gracious and helpful. We will definitely be going back!

Perfect stay down the shore

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Location is perfect - two blocks to the beach, 15min walk to the Asbury boardwalk, in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The house was very comfortable - plenty of towels (bath + beach), the kitchen was stocked - and absolutely spotless. We can't wait to return.

Perfect house & location!

The five of us had a fabulous long weekend here. We walked to Loch Arbor beach (just 3 blocks), Asbury Park Boardwalk (Stone Pony Summer Stage concerts), restaurants, shops and biked to Ocean Grove and Bradley Beach. Can't wait to go back!

Week Stay

House, yard and location were great. It did not meet the 10 rating for cleanliness. There were stains on the towels, food under the couch and between the cushions on the couch. There were pee stains on the rug in the second bedroom and stains on the blanket in first bedroom and dishes in dishwasher. Overall everything else was wonderful.

Cozy perfect location

This is a place that is actually 2 1/2 blocks away from the beach! It’s perfect….you have a yard for the dogs, everything you need, and it’s appointed so beautifully I wish I lived there!!! Super comfy beds and everything is new!!!!

Great little house

The carriage house in Loch Arbor is a great little property. Was perfect for our family (my husband, college-age son and me). We enjoyed the location — walking distance to quiet beach and to the Asbury boardwalk — and the fact that we could bring our dog (who deserves a vacation too😊). Would recommend!

Beautiful, stylish, convenient beach house

This property was newly renovated and it shows. Beautifully decorated , super clean and with the added convenience of linen, towels and toiletries. Conveniently located 2 blocks from the Loch Arbour beach & a 10 mins walk to Asbury Park beach . This is perfect for a family of up to 6 to stay for a beach vacation. Loch Arbour is no fuss/frills beach that is perfect for a low key beach stay . Also so close to Asbury Park / Ocean Grove eateries to mix it up . Looking forward to return to this property in the future.

We loved staying at this beach getaway. David was an incredible person to work with and we will be coming back as often as we can. We have two small children and he was very accommodating!

Just a fabulous week away from it all!

The carriage house was perfect for our small family. Clean and fully stocked with the little things you forget you need like scissors and food storage containers! Close to a beautiful quiet beach and bike ride away from the great nightlife and restaurants in Asbury!

Fantastic property

This is a beautiful home that is kept in excellent condition. Everything was very clean and fully stocked with anything you could need. Great location a few blocks off the beach. Privacy for hanging out outside. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

Lovely carriage home in Loch Harbor! Fenced off so lots of privacy...feels like you are in a separate home. The neighborhood is nice...short walk to the beach, 10-15 minute walk to Asbury Park boardwalk. The home is newly renovated and has everything you could need. I really enjoyed my stay and can't wait to visit again. Thank you!

Great, quiet location and awesome house

If you’re looking for a quiet beach spot, this is it. The property is super clean, decor is lovely, and has been recently renovated. Everything is new! The house has everything you could need. Definitely great for four people (we had three adults and a toddler). The Loch Arbour beach is perfect — not crowded, clean, and a short walk from the house. The yard is perfect and private; loved the table and space.

Christmas visit to NJ

David’s property is lovely. Nice furnishings and new kitchen with all necessary utensils and supplies. Bathrooms are new and fully stocked with plenty of towels, could use an iron and ironing board. The bedrooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. The cottage was warm and cozy. My dachshund loved running around the yard.

If I could give more than five stars, I would!

The cottage is absolutely perfect -- newly renovated, with every detail attended to, from an amazingly well-stocked kitchen to plenty of comfy, fluffy towels (beach and bath) to lots of family games to sturdy beach chairs and umbrellas (and a wagon to carry them) to a great entertainment system: the house has it all! The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the few times we had a question for Dave, he answered immediately and was always incredibly helpful. We're a family of five, with kids ranging from 7 to 13, and the house fit us well. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, and is 2.5 blocks from the terrific Loch Arbour beach and a short walk/bide ride from the night life of Asbury Park. A perfect week at the Shore -- we couldn't have asked for better! We'll be back!

Wonderful property / tranquil street / close to beach and nightlife

We had a stellar time at this property over summer break. David Is a thoughtful and accommodating host. The first thing we noticed when we were pulling in was just how beautiful the neighborhood is. Large, gorgeous homes all just a short walk to the beach and Asbury Park boardwalk. The house itself has 3 bedrooms and is extremely well decorated, has nice outdoor area for entertaining and is wrll equipped for your stay. Beach blankets / chairs / umbrellas, cooking supplies / dishes. Sonos sound system, even 2 beach passes. The loch arbour beach looked nice and is just a few streets down the road. We chose to go to Asbury Park for the boardwalk / food options. This walk takes around 10-15 min. It’s a beautiful walk. A little much to do though if your loaded down with stuff. So pack light if you’re going to Asbury park or drive. Thank you David for showing such wonderful hospitality. We’ll be back again.

Beautiful Stay!

Firstly, Dave was an amazing host, very thoughtful and accommodating. The property was exactly like it is in the picture, very clean and had all the amenities one would need to have a relaxing vacation. We didn't need a thing (besides food- smile)! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The Loch Arbour beach club is 3 blocks, away and other beaches are a short drive away. The best thing was the amount of privacy that the property allows for. After the beach, we were able to spend time in the front outdoor area reading, journaling, drawing and playing games. It's a great space for couples, family and or friends.

Amazing Jersey Shore Home

We are a family of 6 with a small dog and our kids range in age from 17-22. The location of the house is amazing - quiet neighborhood in Loch Arbour with access to a beach that is not insanely crowded and easy access to the much livelier Asbury Park beach and boardwalk. The home is new and has absolutely everything you need, including a fenced in yard for the dog! Dave was immediately responsive to any question we had. Only caution is that the house sleep 6 but not comfortably for an entire week. Perfect for 4!

Great location & great landlord

We had such a relaxing and fun holiday at this tastefully appointed home. Excellent neighborhood, very close to the beach and restaurants. The space is well-designed, clean and efficient. The host provides great amenities -- and was very thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed (we did). Awesome kitchen, with great appliances and equipment. The bathrooms and bedrooms are comfortable and modern. Enclosed outdoor space was pretty, perfect for our early morning coffee and late night chats. The location is perfectly situated between the fun and lively Asbury Park and tranquil Deal / Allenhurst beaches. Everything is in walking distance. It's a very short walk to Loch Arbor beach, which is a beautiful and fun place for kids and adults. On top of that, Dave is a great landlord - communicative, thoughtful and helpful -- we really appreciated his great manner.

Wonderful and super convenient hideaway

David's cottage is wonderful. The location, quietly tucked away a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from a terrific Jersey shore beach adjacent to Asbury Park is excellent. Also walking distance to Asbury's boardwalk with its restaurants, bars, etc. The cottage has a thoroughly modern and completely stocked kitchen, beautiful bedrooms with plenty of closet space and comfortable beds. David was a communicative and helpful host throughout out stay - which we thoroughly enjoyed!
