Come enjoy the reason you came to the Island! Enjoy our 2nd floor corner villa with 180 degree views of Hilton Head’s white sand beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Our villa has received a full designer high end remodel. Designed for comfortable living and dining areas with a high end luxury kitchen. The bedroom includes a queen size bed with large closets and storage. Spa like bathroom including a stackable washer/dryer. Located in Seaside Villas, a private gated ocean front community with direct access to the beach. The property includes an on site community pool, bike racks, sunning deck, grilling area and elevators. Situated in a prime location of Forest beach, you are within close walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. An easy drive to Sea Pines, Shipyard and Palmetto Dunes golf clubs.

Enjoyed our stay in this condo. Well decorated and great use of the space. Really appreciated having a king sized bed. The ocean view was beautiful!

Outstanding View!

We have stayed here three times, including through tropical storm Helene, and absolutely love it. This truly is one of the best views on the beach. From watching the wildlife, both people and animals, to watching the sunrise and waves. It's all memorable. And quite comfortable.

Nothing beats a direct ocean view!

This place is perfect for 2 people. We walked to Coligny for dinner most days and biked the beach. Add some golf and it was a fun stay.

Great location for an oceanfront getaway.

Great oceanfront condo on a beautiful beach. Updated interior, perfect for a couples getaway. We had a couple of questions and Kim the owner was very responsive. Definitely recommend this property and would stay here again when visiting Hilton Head.

The condo sits on a great section of beach with amazing views!! It is conveniently located to many great restaurants and spots to grab a drink. The condo was nice and clean and was exactly as described.

Oceanfront paradise for two

Wonderful experience staying at this oceanfront villa. Ideal for a couple and literally steps away from the beach and a few minutes from shops and restaurants. The bed is not the most comfortable but other than that the unit provides all the essentials for a quaint and cozy getaway.

I highly recommend this unit for all of the reasons above. The unit is lovely and the owner has made a strategic use of the space. Also, I traveled alone and felt perfectly safe in the complex and in the neighborhood.

Another great stay at Seaside Villas. This condo was in great shape and has a perfect view of the ocean. It’s always nice to be in walking distance to Coligny. We miss HHI already.

Property was great the only hiccup was the girl who checked us in gave us the wrong villa and that was occupied so we went in and there was already someone staying there.

Can't Wait to Go Back!

We had a great time in Hilton Head at this unit. It's steps away from the beach, and as everybody mentions, the view is spectacular. We walked up and down the beach, looking at all of the resorts, and could not find any place with a better view. The unit is very clean, and perfect for two people. Before we left, we booked another stay in early 2024. It won't be our last!

1st Trip to Hilton Head

Property is in a great location and is very well decorated and my wife and I enjoyed our trip overall. This is our own falt, but the the property was too small for us. The pictures seem to make it look much bigger especially the deck. Although well decorated and in a great location this is too small for us. Thanks

Island adventure

Great location. Awesome view. Steps across a small parking lot is beach access. Convenient parking. Clean. Laundry and dishwasher with pods for both. Bike storage. A couple usable beach chairs. A 5-7 minute walk to bike rental and Coligny Square.

Weekend Getaway

Hilton Head (specifically South Forest Beach) is my happy place. This property was wonderful! My husband and I enjoyed being able to walk on the beach and to Coligny Plaza for food and shopping. It was clean and comfortable but it was the little things that make it special. Like big drawers in the bathroom so you can put all stuff in there and it is out of the way. A desk in the bedroom, big closets, everything you need in the kitchen, etc. The balcony actually has comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the ocean view for as long as you want. Everyone we dealt with was so kind, helpful and available for questions. 5 stars!! I can't wait to return.

Ok Place

The condo was cute and the view was pretty, but some things could be better. The bathroom definitely needs some shelves or a medicine cabinet for more storage. The shower is too small to go without a door and water splashes out onto the floor. It would have been nice to have more than 1 kitchen trash bag and 2 rolls of toilet paper. This beach location is very crowded and noisy and HHI just isn't our cup of tea.

Great View!

Perfect one bedroom beachfront condo for the two of us. If we weren’t on the beach, the balcony was where you would find us. This condo was bright, clean, and neatly decorated. We loved our time there. The only flaw was the day we had to pack up and leave. Note: the screen door to the balcony needs some attention. It definitely showed a lot of usage (pitted from salty air) but it would also slip off the track when opening/closing it. But this is understandable.
