The condo was tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful even though it was a busy holiday week. The view was very nice, and the beach access was easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

A nice clean residence, a little small but that wasn’t really a problem for us. The pool was never open . Maybe a professional pool company should have been brought in to access the issues. Great view and even better beach. We will return to the area.

Thank you for the great review and for being so gracious about the pool being closed. There was a mechanical problem and DHEC shut it down until the repair was made by a professional pool company. It is reopened now. We hope to see you again on your next visit to the island.

The view was amazing. Could have been a little bit cleaner. Overall an amazing experience. Checked off all the boxes. Will try to book again for next Mother’s Day. The check-in process was great. The location was awesome.

The complex is nice and secure with gated entrances. Our stay was at the beginning of the offseason, so it was relatively quiet. Although we didnt use the pool, it appeared clean and well kept. The condo was as described. Overall clean. The shower was nice and roomy. The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Both televisions were appropriately sized. There was plenty of closet space and drawer space for my wife and I. There are only a couple of things to note. The balcony isn’t very deep, so it was a bit crowded with all the furniture on it. Also, the only a/c unit is in the living room, so we would recommend bringing a fan to use to pull cool air into the bedroom while you sleep. No significant issues at all. We did have a bad cable box in the living room that caused the tv to not play any sound. Maintenance was easy to deal with and got it replaced within a couple days. Overall very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property with great view. Steps away from Coligny beach and minutes from Sea Pines. Restaurants, shopping, bike and walking tours all within minutes as well.

The condo is just as listed . Really nice upgrades , super clean and comfy bed .Perfect ocean view balcony for morning coffee or moon light cocktails. Great location , short walk to beach and shops. Will definitely visit again.

Great oceanfront room, updated. Had everything a small family needs. Location to Coligny & restaurants in good location for a short walk. Will rent again!

My son and I had the best time! The room was just big enough for the 2 of us. Parking was great, and we felt very safe on the property. Everyone was super nice and friendly. We will be back!

Very Nice Ocean Front Villa

We've been staying at various Sea Side Villa units for over 30 years now. Great location. Walk or bicycle everywhere if you want. This villa is a very nice ocean front unit that we've stayed in twice now.

Very Nice Ocean Front Villa

We have stayed at Seaside Villas now for over 30 years. Great location, right on the beach. Just walk out of your unit and across the boardwalk to the beach in 5 minutes flat. This was a very nice ocean front villa on the fist floor. We will surely stay there again.

Our stay was perfect the unit was perfect the view beautiful and the wild life outside the veranda was just fun to watch deer rabbits blue birds pelicans and don’t forget the dolphins in the ocean

Oceanfront view!

Loved this property for 2! Beautiful view and just the right size for 2 people. Only issue was the rusted outdoor table and the ac blows hot air onto you from the back while seated at the outdoor table. Easy fix: we covered table with a towel and turned off ac during dinner on the deck. Decor is lovely; will return!

Great place!

We loved the place, it was advertised just as it is. Loved how close it was to the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very kind with helpful. I would rent this place again if we go back with only two people. My only suggestion for the write up it to tell people to bring quarters if they want to use laundry we don’t have any and had to go looking. We figured there was change machine.

Full ocean view, great location!

This condo has been completely and beautifully updated. High quality appliances and furnishings. Perfect getaway for us (married couple). We never needed our car… rode our bikes or walked to restaurants, shops and just steps to the beach! Loved it.

One of Our Favorites!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was one of our favorites. Very comfortable, view and access to the beach is perfect; balcony seating perfect for early morning coffee time. Kitchen is very well supplied. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit! Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the place was spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated. Loved the ocean views and especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The development and neighbors were quiet, and the pool, while small, was a nice bonus. We also appreciated the short, shaded 5-minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shops and restaurants.A couple of small downsides: the AC unit on the balcony is a bit noisy, and the unit could use a few more essentials (like a cutting board, more toilet paper and trash bags for a longer stay, and a new hair dryer). Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable visit!
