Dana Point at its best! Walk down to the Strand Beach or walk the Bluff Trail! Amazing spot for a relaxing vacation without the traffic of other OC beach cities, but easy access to PCH gets into the heart of the OC in 20 minutes.

The views and location can’t be beat! The condo building is up on a cliff so it can get windy. For us, it was only in the afternoons so it was easy to enjoy most of the day on the front patio. We stayed in unit 4 of the condo building. There are two floor AC units in the bedrooms but it can get pretty hot when it’s all closed up. There was a fan and you can open the windows for the breeze off the ocean and it cools down pretty quick. The kitchen had all the basics of a rental and made it easy to cook. It’s not what I would call updated but has everything you need and everything works. Chairs and umbrellas were awesome. The trail to walk to the beach can be a bit tough coming back up but it’s so close it is worth it! There are two other access points further down the beach but the bathrooms were right at the end so it’s pretty perfect. Chris, the property manager was super helpful as was Jack the owner. If we ever end up back in Dana Point we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views and comfortable beds!

I stay at VRBOs and hotels frequently. This was one of the best in recent memory. The online listing is exactly as it is--beautiful condo on a bluff overlooking the ocean. The ocean access is a short walk as is a hiking path in the conservation area. The condo was clean and very, very comfortable. The beds and pillows were great! The property manager was not only responsive, but went above and beyond by dropping off binoculars when I asked if there were any! Wow! Will definitely rent here again!
