Casa Vista (The Travertine) ha sido rediseñada con los mejores acabados para garantizar su comodidad.

Casa Vista es una casa de 5 estrellas en Dana Point Headlands con el patio y la sala de estar frente al océano con fabulosas vistas de la costa.
El gran patio conduce a la gran sala con una cocina abierta y comedor. Casa Vista tiene dos baños completos y una lavadora y secadora dentro de la casa. Small accommodations with an amazing view.

Lots of rules about parking your car. Garage was really small and not convenient for parking. I did not feel that it was a dog friendly place, although was advertised as. I was always walking on egg shells with the owner. Barbecue was not working correctly and had issues off and on with the WiFi.

Amazing location, great host

Jill was an excellent host from the moment we booked and throughout our entire stay. She made us feel very welcome, checking in occasionally to see if we needed anything. Her dining recommendations were spot-on. The house itself was fantastic, located in a great area with an incredible view. We’d definitely love to return if we’re ever back in the area.

Peace and Dolphins

We loved Jills home and environment. Beautiful views and singing birds. Close to everything. We really loved our dolphin trip with Captain Dave. We saw hundreds of dolphins. Great food and views at Raya Restaurant at the Ritz Carlton and the Wind and Sea. We want to live in Dana Point now.

Perfect

Beautiful view, walked down 636 steps and along beach everyday, walking up was slower. Nature walk within 1/4 block. Restaurants wonderful, within walking distance, no more than a mile driving. Very quiet, host was available and very helpful. Perfect!

Spectacular views

I fell in love w Dana Point while staying at Jill’s property. I could sit in the kitchen and see nothing but ocean. Sunsets are incredible. Beach is close by. Jill was lovely to rent from. Close to everything and walking the beach neighborhood is a wonderful way to spend the day

An amazing get away!

This property is the best location, in my opinion. We decided to skip the rental car and there were no lack of places to visit by foot or trolley. The view is absolutely breathtaking and being up higher set the tone for feeling more secluded. This was definitely a great vacation to both recharge and explore! The host was very friendly and welcoming. A+ :)

Stunning ocean view

This property was literally on an ocean cliff with unobstructed views of seashore bluffs and sunset views. The view was stunning. The property had a nice oceanside deck. The condo was well equipped and quiet. It was very close to the entrance of a protected land reserve, with walking paths. Jill always answered our questions. Would highly recommend!

Affordable living about the Ultra-Rich!

Contradictory title? Not if you can have white-water ocean-front living in a condo that looks out over $30 million dollar mansions; all the way to the Ritz-Carlton! As prior SoCal residents we -- along with our native visitors from from Orange and San Diego counties -- were blown away by the constant vistas before us. We ate most of our local meals at home because no restaurant view compares. It was like Eden with the whale spouts, dolphin pods, the local road runner couple, and other flora and fauna from the surrounding Headlands. Top all that with Jill, the more gracious, generous and lovely hostess, who remained concerned about our comfort and enjoyment throughout our 30+ day stay. She is a well-read, worldly, multi-lingual trained scientist, who was a joy to meet. Book this place asap, but please leave room for our return!!

What a view, literally a $20 million views!

We were able to prepare a full Christmas dinner. Well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Trails immediately out the front door. The beach directly below via a nice trail and steps system. Chalking distance to bars and restaurants. I would doubt any other property in this price range would have such a view. Garage but don’t bring a giant SUV like we did. Easy on street parking if so even though we could fit in driveway. Secure!

Ocean views for days

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jill's property. Overlooking the ocean was amazing. Jill is so attentive to whatever you need. She gave us tons of recommendations on what to see and do during our stay. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful seaside escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Dana Point and this property truly delivered. The view was spectacular and home was as described. Jill was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to respect our privacy and deliver a quality place to stay. Due to an initial mix-up to which unit was available during our available time, she made an accommodation to share her parking space to make it easy for our two cars - truly a great host. The location in Dana Point is central to everything and the walking access to Strands Beach and the Conservation area was a bonus. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!

We had an excellent experience staying at Jill's place. Communication was great from start to finish. The home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The biggest positive is the incredible location overlooking the Pacific with incredible whitewater and coastal views. If you enjoy surfing, beach hikes, or just hanging out on an amazing deck, this is the spot!

Best view in town

I chose this property over staying at The Ritz where my business conference was and it was the right decision! The view is absolutely breathtaking, the whole property is lovely, the beds are comfy and we LOVED our stay! Hope to come back again.

Relaxing vacation

Great time, beautiful view, could get a bit breezy, but still enjoyed cocktails on lanai. Plenty of hiking trails and great walking trails along beach

Excellent time at this lovely condo

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo for a week. It was in a wonderful location and had the most amazing ocean views. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunsets. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Jill is an excellent host and is very responsive. I would highly recommend.

Location, Location, Relaxation

Wonderful stay, view and experience right on the ocean. In a period of a lot of uncertainty, this was an excellent place to stay for six weeks. The owner, Jill, was very communicative and helpful. She gave us some guidance about local establishments food quality and outdoor seating, which we were very interested in during a surge in the pandemic. The location was perfect for daytime and nighttime walks on the beach. The beach didn’t have much of a boardwalk, but the terrain, especially at lower tide times made for some wonderful walks. The nearby area of Dana Point, San Clemente and Laguna Niguel had everything one needs from groceries, to fine eateries/bakeries, and places to shop. Property is very high on our list for a return visit. Would highly recommend.

The best vacation ever!

The condo was perfect for us. The view was incredible with a very easy access to the beach below. All the rooms were beautifully decorated, the kitchen wonderfully supplied with pots and pans of every description, and the beds very comfortable . We couldn’t have asked for more!!

Great View

My brother and I purchased this property in 1990. Bob was out running and found it and fell in love with the location. He told me about it and I also fell in love with the VIEW. Since then, we renovated the units and rent two of them out. I love the property so much I moved there. Both Bob and I are in the medical profession. We love the tranquility and beauty surrounding our Dana Strands home. They are only a five minute walk to Starbucks, restaurants and cafes. They are furnished lovingly and contain original artwork. They are truly a jewel.

My brother and I were mesmerized with the VIEW from the property as it is simply SPECTACULAR. It is undoubtably one of the most striking views you will ever see. The entire property was completely renovated recently. We are located in The Headlands adjacent to the new multimillion dollar development The Strand which has some of the most expensive beachfront properties in Orange county (California). Our property is located on the edge of the bluff in the Strand overlooking the ocean. It is the most ideal location as it is the signature property when you drive into the area. You will love it. There is also a funicular that goes down to the beach which is only a couple of minutes walk from the property.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This condo has a spectacular view of the coast. You can also watch dolphins play in the surf and watch SUNSETS from the patio. The path to the beach is adjacent to the property. Outside the door there are about 2 miles of ocean view paths in the nearby reserve where you can hike. The property is a 10 minute walk to the Ritz Carlton and St Regis Hotels. The Ritz Carlton has the same view as ours and the St. Regis is located about one half mile from the ocean and does not compare. The condo is a FIVE STAR lodging and has everything you need to make your visit truly remarkable.
