Espectacular casa familiar! Nueva piscina climatizada estilo resort con spa !! Esta hermosa y personalizada casa de 3 pisos ubicada en una ubicación privilegiada en Avalon, a pocos pasos de las playas de la calle 39, ganadoras de premios y más buscadas, las mejores de la isla y de Nueva Jersey. A poca distancia del centro de la ciudad. Nuestra casa ofrece 6 cubiertas y maravillosas vistas al océano desde nuestra terraza del segundo piso y hermosos amaneceres. Abrir y baja Airy plan, muy espacioso y perfecto para sus vacaciones familiares. El patio totalmente cercado y tiene una cubierta completa. El dormitorio principal es en el tercer piso y cuenta con una terraza privada con vistas al mar. El baño principal es de mármol y tiene una bañera de hidromasaje.
Todas las 4 habitaciones son amplias y confortables. Hay una gran sala de estar en la primera planta con una zona de bar. También en la primera planta se encuentra un gran dormitorio privado y un baño completo. La segunda planta dispone de una gran sala de estar, la cocina y comedor para hacer una gran área de reunión. También en la segunda planta hay dos dormitorios, baño completo y un tocador.
Contamos con todos los servicios y las comodidades del hogar para su disfrute. Internet wi-fi y TV por cable en toda la casa, TV en cada dormitorio, 2 Salones.

El nuevo patio de juegos está situado justo en el otro extremo del bloque y tiene unas pistas de tenis, canchas de baloncesto, columpios y un parque infantil para los niños. Estas son sólo algunas de las grandes características de nuestra casa


La playa está a unos pasos de distancia: Uno de los mejores y más buscados después de las playas en Avalon está situado en la calle 39. Disfrutar de un paseo a la playa (4 casas de playa de dunas). Grandes tiendas, restaurantes, vida nocturna, un gran disfrute de la familia ..

Golf: Hay 5 campos de golf a 30 minutos, Avalon, Arena Baldíos, Cape May Nacionales, con vista al mar, y Stone Harbor.

We had a wonderful stay!! Being steps from the beach and close to town was incredibly convenient — especially with two young kids, who also LOVED the hot tub, pool and games during rainy days! House is lovely, well-maintained and fully stocked with beach gear. Communications with the owner were a highlight, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Would definitely recommend.

Our family enjoyed this property in Avalon. Location was great. Close enough to town for older kids to ride bikes for ice cream every night. 3 houses from beach. Pool was fantastic! Week did start off with pool heater issues but owner was super responsive and had issues resolved quickly. Highly recommend for family with kids who love to swim!

Awesome hosts and location

Andrea was a very thorough ahead of check in sending us updates and details about the house. The house is maintained fantastically on a great street, close to town and the beach. This house was perfect for our family and we look forward to coming back next summer.

Great shore getaway

We had the best time staying at this home! The house was clean, and the set up was exactly what we needed with our three kids. The pool and hot tub were the perfect alternative to the beach, which was such a quick easy walk away. The location is ideal - just a short 10 minute walk to all the fun dining spots, mini golf, ice cream, and shops. Andrea was very communicative before and during our stay, and provided much helpful guidance and a sweet welcome bag. We plan to book again! Thank you, Andrea!

Wonderful beach rental

We had a great time, the house has a great layout; the pool, hot tub, and outdoor living area are amazing. The pool is heated and my daughter loved swimming in October!

Simply the best!

Before we get to speaking about the house itself, we need to rave about our host. We primarily dealt with Andrea. Without exaggeration, she is the best communicator and most accommodating host we’ve dealt with when renting a property. And very friendly on top of it all! Vacationing with (4) 3 year olds is stressful and she made it easier! And as for the house itself - it is exactly as advertised and in a perfect location. Our 3 families split perfectly across the 3 floors of the home. We enjoyed the ocean views from the top balcony, family time in the main living space and gathered around the kitchen while preparing meals. We played games on the back deck at night. And swam in the perfect water temperature pool for a late season vacation. We were so comfortable that it was clear to see that we were staying in a family’s well cared for home and not a cold rental property. They kicked things off for us with an amazing welcome basket and wrapped things up by giving us a late checkout that we didn’t ask for, just so we could enjoy our last day. 5 stars across the board. We made great memories and are hoping to make it annual trip. Thanks Andrea and Chris!

Wonderful property!

The host is went out of her way to make our “Baby’s 1st trip to the beach” very special. The house was spotless. It had every thing you could need or want, from the minutia of a band aid to the luxury of a beautiful in-ground pool and spa, multiple decks, view of the ocean, and opulent master suite on the 3dr floor. There was a wet bar in the family room on the 1st floor along with a full bath, laundry and bedroom which worked out perfect for my daughter, her husband and 3 month old baby girl. The beach entrance was just down the street 3 houses away! Perfect location , perfect get-a-way! So glad we happened upon this listing and plan on going back.

Amazing stay, wonderful host!

The property is beautiful, in a wonderful location, and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We had a wonderful vacation with extended family, room for all! And Andrea is great to communicate with, an extremely gracious host!! High recommend, hope to be going back next year!

Family Vacation

This was a great property for our family, 5 adults and 1 baby. The proximity to the beach was a real plus. We were able to relax and play games in the lower level while our grandson slept on the first level so the layout was perfect for us. The property was clean, the pool was just the right size and in welcome shade in the afternoon. Andrea was quick to respond and very easy to work with.

Fantastic home with a fantastic host

The home was in a perfect location situated at a quiet part of the beach. Within a short bike ride to all downtown Avalon amenities and one block from the beach. Fantastic pool and hot tub as well as a nice game room and outdoor space. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful property steps from beach in quiet part of town

Andrea was a terrific host. very responsive and proactive. the property is great. The pool and spa are very nice. The house is about 3 houses from the beach. No need to cross any busy roads. Everything was very comfortable. Much appreciated!

Stellar host, fantastic vacation home!

Our stay could not have been better! Andrea made everything so easy from check-in, to pool instructions, to welcome gifts. The house was perfectly clean and had great amenities. It was a very quick walk to the beach and Andrea provided beach chairs which was great! The pool was perfect for our stay and the outdoor deck was amazing. I truly cannot say enough good things about Andrea and her home - this is the best place to stay in Avalon!

Andrea's home was beautifully decorated, clean and was equipped with everything you could think of or need. Andrea was a pleasure to speak with and was very helpful and answered any questions at any time. We loved the short walk to the beach and it was even close enough to walk to town. We loved our stay at Andrea's home.

The house is spectacular! Ocean view and a short walk to the beach.

Andrea is a perfect hostess & her home provided us with every necessity. Andrea kept in touch throughout the process and promptly answered any questions we had. She was wonderful to deal with and we are so happy she shared her home with us. Andrea knew it was my birthday and balloons & wine were waiting for us when we arrived. Her home is stunning, immaculate and comfortable. This was the first time I have used this app and I'm so happy I found this home. The home accommodated all family members and we loved the master suite & bathroom on the 3rd floor. The beach was beautiful, not crowded & the weather was perfect. There were two thunderstorms. One on Thursday evening & one Friday evening. Friday's storm caused flash flooding & Dune Street had approximately 18 inches of water. We hope to return to make more wonderful & lasting memories in this home.

TRULY MAGNIFICENT!

We are so thrilled to have been able to spend four wonderful days in the Ryan's beautiful home. Finding the perfect spot for my family and my daughters bridal party to stay and get ready for our wedding was our mission after my daughter announced she wanted to get married in Avalon. It was such a pleasure dealing with the owner Andrea, nothing was too much trouble. She explained the layout of her home which was just perfect so everyone would have their own space and a wonderful common area for us all to gather Andrea was always available to answer my million questions. I can't say enough about this home. From the furnishings the decks the yard the natural light from all the windows made for a beautiful back drop when photographing the bride. The welcome note, a bottle of champagne just to name a few added touches made us feel right at home. Thank you Ryan family for sharing your home with us We will always have special memories of the days we spent there. Andrea you're the BEST!

The perfect venue for the perfect week at Avalon.

We had a memorable week at this delightful venue. I had no idea how beautiful the beach at Avalon is, and we were only 50 yards from the beach entrance. The home is wonderfully spacious, well laid out, with all of the amenities that you could possibly need. The owner was a delight to deal with and was flexible to meet the needs of our son's wedding. It is perfect for families and a great place to entertain family and friends who are down for a special occasion. We would definitely go back, and we have wonderful memories of our week in Avalon and this special place.

LOVE this beautiful beach home!!

We have vacationed in the Ryan home for a number of years and cannot say enough about their beautiful home and what a pleasure it is to deal with Andrea. She will make the rental process as easy for you as possible and is gracious and warm. From the sunny, open concept kitchen/dining/family room to the ocean view decks, we enjoy every minute we spend in this special house. The home is built for a family, with ample bedroom/bathroom space for children or young adults, a beautiful master BR and another pretty first floor BR that offers privacy for grandparents or another adult couple. We love the location- easy walk or bike ride into town and a perfect 3 mile bike or run to the jetties and back. We also appreciate the short walk to the beach - the best one in Avalon - which never feels too crowded! The home is equipped with all the amenities and supplies you'd need and we have especially appreciated the extra bicycles, beach games (for the intense family competitions) and use of the garage for our bicycles and coolers. We are so appreciative that the Ryans continue to share their wonderful home - we love it as if it were our own!
