Beautiful views with a laid back atmosphere

I was very Leary about having a management company to communicate with bc of last year’s experiences but southern had great communication and were extremely clean! I can’t say enough good things!!! Thank you!

Beach Too Crowded

The condo was spacious, clean and we really enjoyed the patio. However, the beach was overtaken by the chair/umbrella rentals that lined the whole front line of the ocean view and anyone that has tents has to be behind them. If you had just chairs, you could set up in front of them, but they were right on top of you. They were set up all day like that even if they weren’t rented out, which was ridiculous. And with condos on both sides of us, it was that way all up and down the beach. For that reason, we would not stay in one of these condos again. We packed up every day and drove just a couple of minutes down to the state park that had beautiful and uncrowded beaches.

Great location, super clean, will come back!

Check-in process was super easy. When we got to the unit, I was surprised how clean it was. The only drawback was there were no Pantry items or Essentials left by previous gas. Usually, there's at least some salt and pepper or dish soap, but no big deal. The View was amazing! We enjoyed waking up and drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. The proximity to the beach was perfect. My kids made use of the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the jacuzzi, and the beach all day everyday we were there. The location was great because we had quick access to restaurants and activities. We will definitely book with this company again, maybe even this exact unit!

Great View of Ocean

We enjoyed the oversized balcony overlooking the beach. There were only 4 units per floor so noise from neighbors was not a factor. Once we figured out how to enter our unique code for the elevator upon arrival we found them to be ample size and quick when called. Beach access was great. Enjoyed both pools. The unit itself was a pretty standard floor plan. Furnishings were adequate although if I were the owner I would consider replacement of the sofa and add larger TV in LR. We had no issues with TV or WiFi service.

Great accommodations and service

Loved this place, very clean, and spacious. Pictures were true to what you see in person. View from balcony was excellent and great for taking a break from the beach which is a close walk. We were able to get in earlier than the check in time because they had it cleaned and ready to go ahead of time which was wonderful after a 13 hour drive. My only negative was no outdoor pool due to construction and the fact that the bathroom to master did not have window treatments and there was a crew that would pass by each morning to work on the façade of the building. Like clockwork they were right in front of the big window in the bathroom when we were using the bathroom or showering. They said they'd be working Monday and Tuesday, but it was each day from 7:45 in the morning until 4:30 or 5:00 throughout our entire stay. So that was awkward to say the least. That is my only complaint! Other than that, I have only good things to say about our stay!! Would definitely stay there again in the future!!

Not what we expected.

Master bed had no linens. No one to help that at 12 midnight which is when we checked in after long drive. Then we realized the terrace doors were blocked with 2 X 4 wood. That seemed a problem if we needed to get out . Outside lounge chairs and table stored throughout the condo. Workers on the terrace the whole time so needless to say we were disappointed in many things. We enjoy sitting on terrace reading so that was not to be. We didn't see on the website that the terrace would be unavailable. So won't rent here again.
