This is it! Ocean Breeze West 401 is a beautiful, NEWLY RENOVATED, 4th floor 3 Bd/2 Ba condo on Perdido Key, and is about 5 miles east of the Florida/Alabama line. Completely equipped kitchen. Free WIFI, 4 flat-screen TVs, with a balcony directly overlooking a heated pool and beach as well as a great view overlooking the back bays on the front with easy beach access. The pure white sugar sand is the only thing between you and the Gulf. It is on the quieter end, and offers miles of open beach East and West with plenty of interesting wildlife. There are plenty of activities nearby like golf, fishing, beach walks, dining, NAS Museum, Blue Angels shows. A short travel to Foley Alabama for even more activities; OWA (shops, waterpark, amusement part, shows, and many restaurants), Outlet Mall, Restaurants, Putt Putt Golf, and many many more. You can also go into the city of Pensacola and enjoy downtown where there are many shops and restaurants. Lots of options!

Lovely condo and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at our condo and the location was perfect. The beach was not crowded due to the location. Condo was very comfortable and lovely. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful condo

We were very happy with the condo. It was in a good location, the view was amazing, we could watch dolphins from the balcony, and the hosts checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful unit in quiet building!

We’ve stayed in other condos in Perdido Key but I chose this one because of the updated look & design. Really pretty, great views, nice pool & amazing beach!!! It was never crowded there & was great for our family. Owner checked in via text when we arrived to see if we needed anything & again when we left. I’d recommend this place to others for sure!

Great Condo!

My family recently stayed in this condo and had a wonderful time! Condo was awesome! Clean inside, big kitchen, great bar area! The way it was laid out was perfect for our group which included a toddler! Will defintely be staying here again! Owners were wonderful to work with! Even met us there with the key! Thanks again! See you next year!

The Best of Perdido Key

We loved staying at 401 W Ocean Breeze! We’ve stayed at lots of places along the Florida Gulf Coast and this is probably the best. The property is so much easier to get into and out of than any high rise. Great location along Perdido Key, close to restaurants and Publix but not crowded or traffic congested like other areas along 30A. A short drive to the National Seashore at Johnson Beach with miles and miles of beautiful, blindingly white beaches. Close to fishing charters. Easy to get out to the beach. The property itself is tastefully decorated and very well appointed and organized. It’s an end unit so more natural light than typical high rises. Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from the balcony and the beach. Just beautiful! Will definitely stay again when we are back in Florida!

loved this unit!!

loved loved loved!! White sand beach, gorgeous gulf/beachside view, all new furnishings - completely remodeled recently - kitchen fully equipped - full size washer and dryer in unit. on the beach with a wall of plate glass and big balcony overlooking beach and pool, great place for morning coffee! master bedroom balcony overlooks intercoastal waterway. 3 Bedrooms are: King with sleeper sofa (huge master bedroom), Queen, Twin, and then sofa sleeper in den. good size closets, 2 full baths. wifi, ipod docking station, dvd. Private pool, bathroom on first floor for beach and pool use, private sundeck and dune walkover to beach with sun shower to rinse off sand. we were able to leave our beach chairs and umbrellas on beach our entire stay and did not have to lug things back and forth (recommend folding them up at night because it can get windy). close to restaurants and shopping - groceries about 2 miles. dont miss Lillians Pizza. Close to NASA for air show and museum. (the blue angels practice on tuesdays, free). 30 min to outlet mall. , not far from FloraBama. This would be a wonderful place to rent for a month or more in winter!!!! Owners are local and great to work with and provided all kinds of ideas for places to eat, etc. The hot tip is going in the off season - April May, Sept to November are beautiful and no crowds. one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen and not too crowded in high summer, very white quartz type sand, doesnt stick to you. great beach for walking. near the national park so it's not overdeveloped. great value for the price! we WILL be back!!! thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great experience all around

Beautiful condo in excellent condition. We have stayed in about 12 different units in this building over the years, and this was the nicest we’ve experienced. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, furniture comfortable and everything worked. Excellent communication as well. Layout of the condo works well for families and overall location remains one of our favorites for quiet family trips to the beach. We want to stay here again next summer.

Walk Down Memory Lane

We had a great time. We owned a condo in this building when it was built and spent many weeks here. It was like traveling down memory lane. The sand is beautiful. The host was so nice and attentive to our needs. We would recommend this condo as a great vacation place.

Beyond our expectations

What an amazing property. The beach views from the balcony and the short walk to the beach are priceless. The unit is very roomy and would be great for a family. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen or anywhere we have ever stayed. The checkin/out is smooth, communication is great and Tony is exceptional. Highly recommend this unit and would gladly stay again if we return to the area.

Hands down best condo, location & owners ever

Everything was exactly as described & absolutely perfect. There was nothing that I would change. Beds are very comfortable, great layout, very functional, appliances all updated & decor is extremely homey & tasteful. Rob even called to check on us to make sure everything was going ok. Amazing condo, beach & owners!! Perfect location - close enough to everything but still feels private & secluded.

Awesome beach trip with family

Perdido Key is absolutely beautiful. I would it is not as crowded as the neighboring beaches, which offers more peace and serenity. Everything is a short drive away; restaurants, stores, etc.. Drive a little further, and you have all kinds of attractions that you can imagine; Outlet shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, and more......

Ahhh....but here is the difference. My accommodations are well taken care of. They are updated, and most importantly, they are clean! My team of cleaners take pride in what they do, and they truly care about the guests' experience. We also offer a more personal service with a little extra attention - it is all about you!
