We welcome you to feel at home and enjoy the comfortable living and exceptional amenities of mountain living by the lake!

You will enjoy this 4 bedroom/ 3 bath condo. Carport plus two parking space available for guests. We are located in a family-oriented complex at Mountain Shadow Condominiums.
This home is non-smoking, smoke-free, no pets and is fully furnished with spacious and comfortable living space for the whole family to enjoy! Plenty of room for 8 guests!

The space
* Kitchen fully equipped with a pantry to stock up on food and supplies
* Dining table seats 8 with 2 stools at the counter
* Living room with a TV, cable TV, DVD player, fireplace and games and puzzles for fun and relaxation
* Master bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV with an ensuite bath.
* Three guest bedrooms provide king size beds. All 3 with flat screen TVs. A double bed is also on hand as an extra bunk in the 4th bedroom/loft.
* All bedrooms have plenty of pillows, duvet and bedding.
* All bathrooms equipped with plenty of towels (including beach towels) and essentials (eg. hair dryer, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo)
* Gas BBQ grill
* Beach Chairs
* Portable Fans/Tower Fan (No A/C)

* NO AC. You are in the Mountains. Enjoy the clean air!

Excellent. Would highly recommend.

The condo was well stocked. Had everything we needed We could just relax and enjoy our stay. The bedrooms were large and well planned out for our clothing and personal items. The beds were so comfortable. Robyn was always responsive in a matter of minutes when we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Unit has three levels. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is small, but is well stocked. Nice large table. The loft was a perfect and fun spot for our boys to sleep and hang out. Gas fire place made the place warm. Couch is cozy. Some street noise. Easy in and out parking.

Your Incline Vacation Home

Wonderful vacation lodgings located in the quiet pine forest of Incline Village, yet close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. 10 minutes to skiing or sledding in winter, or just as close to lake access in summer. Balconies, large living room with smart TV, full kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Home was clean and welcoming. My family loved this beautiful, well-appointed home. We will surely stay here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a short tournament weekend and this condo was in the perfect location. Lots of room in this home, pool was nice and over all just a great cozy Tahoe weekend when not playing the tournament.

Family trip perfect place

My family and I stayed for a short visit. Ages range from 1-50yrs old. This property had all the amenities we needed. Home was super clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for everyone. Robin was very accommodating and available. She gave clear instructions and parking was easy. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Robin

What a GREAT place!

This unit was great! It was clean, spacious, well stocked with towels, fans and good vibes. It felt like home. Robin was easy to get a hold of, very helpful and communicative. We were happy they had decent T.P., hand soap, linens and BIG beds so it felt roomy. It's the small things we love. They had board games and 2 outdoor decks for taking a break if you need to get away from the kids. Loved it and I would definitely stay here again.

Blizzard weekend

Our family loved the house! It was a perfect size for us. Very roomy, clean and just the perfect home for us. The house is stocked with everything that you would need. We came in on a weekend when Tahoe was expecting a blizzard and the owner went out of her way to let us check into the home a day before we were expected to check in so that we could make it up the mountain from Reno before the roads were closed. I would 100% recommend this home and our family will 100% book this home again when coming to the Tahoe area. Communication with the owner was one of the best I have experienced.

Great stay

I was up there for a softball tournament with my family and family friends. The stay was great and the property was awesome. Everything was clean and the property binder was details and helpful. We also had a request upon checking in and Robin did her best to help us out there too. The communication was awesome as well, emails and messages were responded to in a timely manner. Thank you again.

Trip with family

The home was in a great location and was exactly as pictured on the site. Super clean and well stocked. We had 6 adults and had tons of room. Robin was always quick to get back to us. Would recommend staying here.

Incline Village

The condo was clean and nice to stay in. It was convenient to the grocery store, Sierra Nevada University where my son was playing with the Classical Tahoe Symphony, beaches and other amenities.

Quiet and comfortable

This property was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Robin was very responsive to questions and provided good communication. Just be prepared for stairs if there are elderly people in the party. Otherwise this is a nice property and I would stay here again.
