Fantastic house has all the amenities and MORE. In the winter, you`ll appreciate the HEATED DRIVEWAY and HEATED GARAGE. 10 minutes to major ski resorts.

You will have access to the entire house with the exception of a few closets.

Outdoor WHISPER-QUIET hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. You will be asked to agree to a pretty strict Good Neighbor Policy. Any pets MUST be previously authorized. No visitors or parties or events permitted without our prior consent. Entry areas and deck are monitored by security cameras. (Deck camera faces the back yard and does NOT have a view of the hot tub). House noise decibel levels are continually monitored by NoiseAware dB sensors. You will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement via DocuSign. House rules can be provided to you on request. The slot machines are finicky mechanical devices that frequently need service. They are provided for your amusement as a free bonus. Kids frequently break them, and I send a technician periodically to fix them. Please don`t be disappointed if there is a malfunction.
