This two-bedroom vacation rental accommodates eight people.

Majestic Sun is located directly in front of the Seascape Resort and offers access to eight tennis courts and the championship golf course. The on-site fitness facility at Majestic Sun will help you keep your fitness goals intact during your vacation.

The area's largest designer outlet mall, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, is just a few miles away for a day of shopping. The Destin Commons and Grande Boulevard are two additional shopping hot spots for you to visit during your trip. Rent a bike or scooter and cruise down Scenic Highway 98 taking in the mesmerizing Gulf views. Great stay. We did pay for early check in and the code was not ready when we arrived; however, management responded fairly quickly and resolved the issue. Property was clean. Easy access to beach. No issues.

Have stayed in this unit previously and LOVE the proximity to and views of the beach! The amenities in the building are great and the updated work out room was appreciated. The unit included everything we needed to make the stay comfortable and convenient. The cleanliness of the unit leaves much to be desired, however. There was deferred maintenance, light bulbs that needed replacing, mold in air vents, and layers of dust in commonly used places.The property management staff responded promptly when called and took care of needed issues. We love the convenience and location and like the unit overall and would absolutely stay again. It appears as if the place just needs a deep cleaning and a refresh.

Majestic Sun 1110A

We've stayed many times at Majestic Sun and are never disappointed. This was our 1st time in 1110A and we loved it! The view from the balcony was outstanding. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The entire condo was very clean. Close to the beach and several excellent places to eat.

Go ahead and book it!

We had a nice stay overall and loved the convenience to the beaches and great shopping! There are a couple of areas that could use some attention. A few things in the condo could be cleaner (sand left under the table mats on the dining room table) nothing major, but just enough to notice. Also, the coffee pot could really use an upgrade; it’s a bit outdated and didn’t work very well during our stay. It is still a great rental, and we will do it again

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Everything was so clean. The location was perfect for attending a nearby music festival. The Gulf view was beautiful and the water was so clear! The condo had plenty of towels and dishes. The washer and dryer were very convenient amenities. I highly recommend this property. Hope to stay here again!

Majestic Sun 1110A

This unit is great! Very clean and the kitchen has enough dishes, pots, pans, silverware for at least 10 people! It was so well stocked! We stayed for the month of February. Great location! Communication with management was excellent. My only suggestion is to get a new sleeper couch as the current one is SUPER uncomfortable. You sink way down which makes it difficult to get up from and do a quick clean of all of the baseboards, otherwise it was very clean. I would def stay here again!

Beautiful balcony view disappointing by cigarette smoke from other renter

Would rent again and hope for non smoking neighbors. Very disappointing. Couldn’t eat on balcony or leave door open to beautiful ocean view.

Girl’s Trip

We haven’t done a girls trip to the beach in a while. This property didn’t disappoint. Great location to all local eateries, and to the beach! Very clean upon arrival and only a few things could be fixed prior to arrival to make it better. A few lamps had bulbs burned out, the ice maker didn’t work, the shower/tub drains didn’t drain very well, both shower heads didn’t have good water pressure, and the handle on the microwave was broken at the bottom. Other than that, this property was definitely worthy of revisiting.

Condo was not clean.

Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. I’m not sure it was even cleaned after previous renters. Used shampoo/soap samples were in in the shower. No new samples were provided . The unit smelled of mold when you open the door. We’ve rented this unit multiple times over the years. It’s had some new furniture added over the years but this is the first time it smelled moldy and unclean.

Majestic sun is beautiful getaway

We are time share holders with majestic sun , ours was rented so we had to rent another one very nice few things could be better , coffee pot lid was broken , the microwave handle was broken , liners in showers were not so clean , underneath beds were horrible dusty Old hat was under there a old water bottle , ugh , the outside balcony wasn’t clean tracks were dirty with bugs and sand old chairs outside along with other nice ones kinda crowded , and I always pull the linens off the beds and place in the middle of beds the mattress in the double bed room was nasty they need replacing bad staining on them not sanitary ! Hate to vent my opinion but if you want to know that’s my opinion . I always leave it clean and towels in washer and dishes washed . Some cleaners are not as good as others but when I saw under the bed only to make sure I hadn’t left or pushed something underneath it I was in shock it’s never been cleaned in my opinion , no hair dryer in master bath I take mine anyway but if there was one to be there it’s not there , Kleenex boxes none but I take mine , only gave 1 trash sack no detergent for washer usually they leave 1-2 pods but think the owners need to ck it out not really up to par on the cleaning situation sorry . I have learned to take my own things anyway but little perks do help otherwise beautiful view had a pretty week of sunshine
