As you enter the front door, you're greeted with an open floor plan, plenty of natural light and beachy decor throughout. The living area features comfortable furnishings with seating for the whole family, a Smart TV to catch the game on, and plenty of space to spread out. Head into the dining area which separates the living area from the sitting room, to come together for a family meal at the table for six plus four additional seats at the kitchen bar. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to host dinners at home including stainless appliances, double ovens, a Keurig coffee maker, large farmhouse sink, and granite countertops. This kitchen is built for the chef in your group! Head into the adjacent sitting area that offers private pool and golf course views when you're ready to soak in the lowcountry. Finally, the masterpiece of the house is outside on the beautifully designed backyard with a warm private pool, outdoor dining space to eat al fresco, gas grill, and separate lounge area to fully relax. From here, you might even catch some action on the golf course!

Rest and relaxation await in one of the four large bedrooms including a plush King Primary suite featuring a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and luxe ensuite bathroom. The bathroom offers a large soaking tub, double sinks with ornate brass trim, and a truly spectacular walk-in shower with bench seating and ornate tile work. You'll also rest easy in the Queen suite with ensuite full bathroom bathroom, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and lowcountry views. There's two remaining guest rooms as well, a Queen bedroom and Twin bedroom, both with flat screen TVs and they share a full bathroom with a marble top vanity and shower/tub combo.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
