Don't miss an amazing opportunity to be one of the first to stay at this luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Palmetto Dunes Hilton Head. Renovated in the spring of 2021, this home offers comfort and style with all the modern conveniences you could home for! With amenities like a brand new private pool, Alexa Smart Home controls and an electric car charger in the garage, this home provides the perfect vacation spot for your family.

As you enter the front door, you're greeted with an open floor plan, plenty of natural light and coastal decor. The living area features comfortable furnishings and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. **Fireplace is not for guest use.**
The dining area, which separates the living area from the sitting room, features seating for 6. Additional seating for 4 can be found at the kitchen bar. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sitting area, which offers views of the pool and golf course. And for those on a working vacation, a desk area can be found just off the kitchen.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook meals for your family. Features include granite counters, stainless appliances, double ovens, a Keurig coffeemaker and a large farm sink.

Rest and relaxation await in the master bedroom. This room features a king bed, flat-screen TV and access to a stunning private bathroom. The bathroom offers a large soaking tub, double sinks with ornate brass trim and a truly spectacular walk-in shower with bench seating and ornate tile work.

To the right of the front door, you'll find the first queen guest bedroom. This room features a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. The bathroom features double sinks, shiplap paneling and a tub/shower combination.

On the left of the entrance, you'll find the two remaining guest rooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. Both rooms have flat-screen TVs, and they share access to a bathroom with a marble top vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The newly designed outdoor space offers a private pool, outdoor dining space and a separate lounge area. Enjoy the use of the outdoor grill while you watch the action on the golf course.

This home sleeps 8 guests (adults and children) maximum.

Amazing property

The house was perfect for our stay. Close to everything and had everything you would need. Short walk to beach and other activities! Definitely will be back.

Palmetto Dunes Home

This house was great for our family vacation. Easy walk to beach and close to lots of restaurants. The rooms were perfect set up for our family and pool was so relaxing!

Beautiful home - wonderful vacation!

Our stay at 60 Full Sweep was better than expected. The pictures of the home are accurate and in person, even more beautiful. It is super clean and everything is updated. The pool was perfect for our 4 kids to go swimming after activities for the day. Sunset Rentals was very responsive with all my questions, which is very appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing stay

This property supplied our family with a fabulous stay. We had 8 people and it was not cramped at all. A very cozy home with more than enough room to spread out and enjoy yourself. It was beautifully redone with nice finishes and amenities. The pool was a fabulous addition to the home and got great sun. We were able to get to the beach with either a 10 minute walk or < 5 minute bike ride. The beach path was a straight shot once off of Full Sweep and onto Port Track. We could not have asked for a better stay and would stay here again in the future.
