The accommodation

- Living room with TV
- Small reading room
- Bedroom with adjoining bathroom
- Small living room, located between the large living room and the bedroom, equipped with a sofa bed (more suitable for children than adults)
- Large laundry room (washing machine/dryer, iron, and ironing board)

Outside:
- Terrace with garden furniture
- Heated swimming pool (10x5 m), generally open from early May to late September (depending on weather conditions)
- Free parking for 1 car is a 5-minute walk away.

Guest Access
The entire apartment is at your disposal; it is furnished accommodation intended solely for rental.
The apartment is ideally located in the historic center of Tours, in a semi-pedestrian zone. For parking, you will have free access to a private parking lot located a 5-minute walk away (for 1 car). Parking is easy on the neighboring streets or in a paid underground parking lot. Free parking is available a 5-minute walk away.

Other Notes
The rate includes sheets and beds made upon arrival, towels, and cleaning upon departure. Pool towels are not provided.
A small grocery store, hygiene products, and cleaning supplies are available to help you start your stay.
Check-in and key collection are by appointment, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
