Welcome to CHEZ ALBA, our town house, ideal for a stay with family or friends in Tours centre.
Located just 5 minutes' walk from the city centre, you'll enjoy all the advantages of the city while benefiting from a peaceful, cosy setting. Our house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

On the ground floor, you'll find :

- a cosy living room with a large wall-mounted TV with Bbox channels and chromecast
- a spacious, convivial dining room that can seat up to eight people
- a separate kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, as well as a kettle, a toaster and a washing machine (non-drying).
- a toilet

On the first floor :

- two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed and a study area
- a bathroom on the landing with shower, wc, hairdryer and towel rail.

On the second floor

- a third bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a desk.
- a fourth bedroom, more suitable for children, with two 80x200 beds.
- a bathroom on the landing with a bath, WC, hairdryer and heated towel rail.

Beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided according to the number of guests, with one bath sheet and one towel per person.

Each room is equipped with a wall-mounted television, with DTT channels only, without a set-top box.

All rooms in the house are individually air-conditioned for optimum comfort.

Outside, a dining area with garden furniture and electric griddle lets you make the most of fine weather.

A small car, motorbikes or bicycles can be parked in the closed garage, and a second parking space is available just outside the garage door.

The cost of your stay includes cleaning and the hire of bed linen and towels.
A welcome kit (coffee, tea, sugar) and cleaning products are available.

Please note that the house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, as the bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the first floor.

A high chair and a cot (without mattress or sheets) are available on site at no extra charge.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.

A security deposit of €500 will be required as a credit card pre-authorization (not charged).
