The Back yard has a fire pit, hot tub and BRAND NEW DOCK!Ready for outdoor games? We have ping pong, corn hole, ladder toss and foosball. Just wanna relax? Enjoy the lake views from the lawn. Have your cameras ready, water front has lots of active wildlife…turtles, otters, great selection of birds! Walking distance to a choice of Mexican food, Thai and American. 1 mile to local downtown with many shop’s. 3 nearby casinos. Best bass fishing in California! Wine tasting from some of the most fabulous wineries and so much more! This house is on the water and includes a hot tub with no fence around it. You are responsible for the safety of anybody on the property who isn't able to swim. We do not provide life jackets for you or your guests.

Spacious, thoughtful, clean

The host has thought of and provided so much to make any stay great. The bones of the house allowed for ample space and easy organization. The host maximized the furniture without overcrowding any of the rooms. There were many empty closets and cabinets to put away everything we brought. The backyard was so well stocked with things to entertain and plenty of seats. Check-in was a snap, WiFi never failed, AC was strong, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The small bottles of water and the mints on the nightstands were a nice touch. Thank you!

If you are looking for a relaxing trip on Clear Lake this spot is perfect. Host is excellent and the property has everything you’ll need. Plenty of fun for the whole family and we even caught some bass right off the dock. Highly recommend!!

Family getaway!

We stayed here for a week with my family of 9. All ages. We had plenty of room and lots to do! This house was extremely clean and we felt very welcome and at home! The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and lots of little extra touches! We all had such an amazing time! Lots of yard games, bonfires, hot tub, and fishing!! This is a perfect spot for those who love to fish! There has been a new dock added that extends over the water and it adds so much more to this property. It is very safe and well built. We had no complaints! Definitely one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at!

We had a great time staying at the house. We mostly just stayed at the house as there were plenty of activities to do. Caught 3 bass right from the backyard. Would come back again!

A weekend gateway

The house is as described - fully equipped with outdoor activities and a beautiful view of the lake. There is a dock on the side if you want to bring your kayaks. Also, great spot for fishing. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed for the stay. Loved the great additions like the mini fridge outside and solo stove. The AC was set to a great temperature, the check-in was seamless. I'd stay there again and recommend to friends. A note that we did not leave the premises - only to grocery shop.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6 adults (parents and college aged kids). Everyone had plenty of space. The location was beautiful, right on the lake, and the house was fully stocked with everything you could ask for- inside and out! The property was clean and communication with our host Brandi was easy and quick! We loved it and will certainly be back!

Discovering Clear Lake

This was our first stay at Clear Lake area. This house was beautiful, well equipped, comfortable and right on the water. The outdoor area is spacious and has amazing views, and plenty of shade for hot summer days. We rented a boat and had the lake to ourselves. This is a great find!

Beautiful Lake House

Myself and 9 friends rented this house for NYE weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The home is beautiful, on the lake, and has tons of activities and furniture with great views. Everything was clean, functional, and as advertised. The house was beautiful and the lakeviews were fantastic. Brandi was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues with anything. 100% recommend this home and her. Thank you Brandi!

Family reunion

This house could not have been more perfect. We loved the open concept main floor with large kitchen, dining, and living area. Bedrooms were all very nice with tasteful decor and comfortable, quality bedding. The outdoor area was over the top! Coming from Seattle and Alaska we thoroughly enjoyed the large outdoor area and were able to accommodate our large group of family for barbecue, yard games and card games. We loved being on the Lake and centrally located to amenities. Brandi is very thoughtful and was super accommodating. She was readily available if we needed anything or had any questions. We definitely recommend this this property!

Awesome Spot on the Lake

This place was great for our weekend trip. The place is clean and had everything we needed (plenty of towels, all the kitchen items, a bonus speaker that we took outside to the patio). There are also lots of fun perks on the back patio (hot tub, hammocks, lawn games). Communication with the host was easy and prompt as well.

Remains the best Rental in Northern California

I've stayed here twice now and it's safe to say I'll be booking my third trip in the near future. Our group of friends is between 8 and 10 and this place has absolutely everything you need for day, night, lounging, and fun activities. Brandi took over from CJ but I can't compliment her enough and what an outstanding host she is. Immediate replies and always willing to take the extra step. Book this place for your next weekend getaway before it gets completely booked!!!!!

Best lakehouse we’ve stayed in!

House was beautiful, property was beautiful, the backyard views are absolutely amazing! Everything was super clean.. we loved every minute! CJ was an amazing host with great communication! One of our friends left a gaming device there after we left, and she was so amazing about shopping it back to us! Definitely would recommend to others to stay here! We seriously loved this property!

Our family has been enjoying this lake for generations. We love this house, and never get tired of looking out on the water. No matter the time of year you always have a view. It could be paddle boards, sail boats, or bass boats. You get to enjoy the swan family, the otter family, the cute turtles, and everyone gets to enjoy the same thing. We hope you all enjoy it too!
