Welcome to "Kailua Kai" - Island living at its finest. This is a beautiful, yet casual beachfront home located on the Windward side of Oahu, 30 minutes from Honolulu and approximately 1 mile from the center of Kailua Town. Enjoy spectacular sunrises over Kailua Bay, the scenic Ko'olau Mountain Range and outlying islands right from the front lanai. The home enjoys cool breezes that come off the ocean, a large open floor plan, spacious guest rooms and an expansive ocean front, manicured lawn with swaying palm trees and the ocean beyond. Guests can enjoy swimming, body surfing, paddling and fishing right from the backyard! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a culinary feast, or Kailua Town is just a 5 minute drive with its' myriad of restaurants to choose from.

This Licensed Short-Term Oahu Rental is a classic Kailua beach house - for those looking for a casual, relaxing getaway on the shores of one of the worlds' best beaches. The home does not have air conditioning as we rely on the ocean breezes to keep the house comfortable throughout the year.

Note; this property is for quiet residential vacation accommodations only. Parties, weddings, receptions, Luaus, events and gatherings of any kind are prohibited. Please inquire further with our agents.

Also, I love Kailua. It rained every day and the trip was still great. The hills needed the rain so I felt that our week was worthy.

It was so much better than individual hotel rooms. The convince of walking out your front door with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sand toys & snacks made it so easy. Trade winds helped along with fans keeping everyone comfortable. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which made it easier with a big group. So many pluses to mention.........

Having the large lawn space, trees and Kailua Beach in our backyard was ideal for our four young grandkids. The location of this house was exceptional! It was well maintained and sparkling clean when we arrived. We very much appreciated the plentiful beach equipment provided (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, sand toys, etc.). The kitchen is dated but was plentifully stocked with supplies and spices. A special thank you for the welcome basket full of delicious treats! The property managers were very responsive to our questions and concerns before and after our stay.

Perfect island experience

The beach home is absolutely lovely and embraces all that is Hawaii - relaxed, soothing, sunshine, fun, and the aloha spirit. Being in Kailua was also great as its close to all the services needed. Kailua also has a great island vibe.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the house was like staying in paradise: plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family, beautiful beach in the backyard & dinners outdoors. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the grill, beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards that could be used for guests as well. The washer/dryer for our clothes were also a very nice touch for our stay. Can't wait to do it again!

The property was immaculately maintained, the ocean is in your backyard, and every possible convenience was available for our use. We had a large family adventure on the island, and this easily accommodated our entire family with plenty of living, sleeping, and kitchen space. We would absolutely come back to stay again!

Great beach house and location to town

My family loved this place. Great location on the beach with a big grass lawn (for games), and friendly neighbors with children who befriended my granddaughters. Kailua is (and has been) our favorite town on the islands, and our stay did not disappoint. The house had everything you'd expect from a 5 star rental.

The location is absolutely incredible with a gorgeous lawn and easy access to a picturesque beach. It made for a special time for our family of 10. The welcome gift basket with local Hawaiian foods was a delicious treat! We also enjoyed having the high quality beach chairs, toys, and games to use.Our only complaint was that the front bedroom by the entrance of the home had a bit of a large cockroach problem every night. It seemed to do with its location by the front yard? Otherwise, all guests were comfortable and happy.

Perfect Island House

My family (5 of us, kids ages 10,13, 16) stayed for spring break in mid to late March. It was the perfect island house, location could not have been better. House is as described by other reviewers. It’s comfortable, well stocked and just what you’d want. Communication with house management was easy. We had no issues. Absolutely loved it.

A Heavenly Paradise!

Our siblings stayed for a week in this wonderful house with ample space for 7. A generous welcome basket of Hawaain treats and snacks was waiting at our arrival! The outside shower was a high point to clean off the sand. The easy access to a quiet beach was perfect for us.

We really appreciate the pre-arrival grocery service. The house is fully equipped with beach accessories. My only negative point would be the see side windows where not clean we we arrived.
