Best family vacation spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took our kids and grandkids for a family vacation and this house was perfect! It really added to our vacation to be able to walk right out to the beach. The house is in a great location to get to other places on the island, but come back to this peaceful, relaxing spot. The managers were so helpful and pleasant to work with! This was our best trip to Hawaii and this house was a big part of it - we would absolutely love to come back!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super clean and well supplied with amenities, eg beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. Pretty much all we needed. Steps to the sand and water. Alia was available and responsive to our needs - when the microwave crashed, we had a replacement in a couple hours. She made a trip to deliver a new Brita filter even tho I offered to get one.

Beautiful & quiet home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time to Oahu and Kailua so was a little anxious on this property but it turned out perfect in all regards. Single story with additional cottage and space to spread out. AC works great in all rooms and in the cottage. I am already scheming to come back next summer. The outdoor deck is very convenient from the house with gorgeous view. Next time will request a covering over the deck as hot during the day. But it does get windy here so would need to be responsible for its use if provided.

This was a fantastic property, with dedicated HVAC in every room, an ample lichen, a wonderful lawn, great common areas, great pots, pans and utensils, and a great master suite. The outdoor areas and toys provided (boogie boards, etc.) were really fun. We simply can’t complain and would come here again.

This place was amazing. It was a lovely home with all the amenities we could ask for. We cooked all our dinners in and had all the kitchen equipment and dishes we needed for 10 people. The deck, yard and beach access were a big plus. The beach chairs and sand toys were a nice perk. The communication with the host was easy and we appreciated the check ins to see if all was well.

There is something about having the wifi automatically connect that makes it so comfortable. I highly recommend this place for all the amenities and multiple bedrooms to support large parties. There are also great places to grab food that are just down the street.

The beach was miles of beautiful ocean and sand just a few steps from the back door. The property had everything we needed from beach gear to kitchen and laundry supplies. Upon arrival we were greeted by the property manager with a tour and a delicious welcome basket. Exceptional home and property manager. It was hard to leave.

Everything is as pictured and the company is quite thoughtful/accommodating. As convenient a location as you can get on the Windward side and uniquely walkable to town. The access to Kailua beach in addition to all of the above makes this property a unicorn.

The beach view was accurate in the picture. The house was pictured as it was. Very accurate. House was very clean and well stocked. Host was very accessible and communicative. We loved the house and location. Would definitely stay there again.

LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS PLACE!!! It was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. The host was exceptional and decorated for the season with a Christmas tree and music as we entered. We felt at ease from the moment we entered. This will be one of those memories of a lifetime.

The property is close to everything and is well furnished. The backyard is private with the beach just steps away. This was perfect for a group of 12.

Amazing house steps away from the beach

This is an amazing property right on the beach. Spacious house and yard, with all the ammenities, just a few minute drive to downtown Kailua.

Terrific place

This house was all that we could ask for. It has great bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens (both houses). It fronts on a beautiful lawn that leads right to the beach. We loved it.
