Beaver Run Resort Ski-In/Ski-Out Luxury Condo

This 1 bedroom condo easily sleeps 5. There is a king bed and a twin bed in the bedroom and the living room has a queen size pull-out sofa. All appliances have recently been updated. Our Condo is steps away from the Beaver Run Chairlift and offers ski lockers that are slopeside. This condo offers many amenities such as a free shuttle to take you around town, 8 hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor pool, an arcade and mini indoor golf, a fitness room, 3 restaurants (including a little market for everyday items). There is also onsite parking and a gift shop in the building. You are about a 3 minute walk to Main Street Breckenridge, and the resort also offers a shuttle that can take you anywhere in town! The condo is managed by a local family and is available all the time for any questions or concerns.
Upon arrival:
• Front Desk checks-in guest by obtaining all contact information and a credit card for incidentals
• Desk clerk explains resort operations, issues keys, parking pass and map
• Desk clerk offers luggage assistance, explains parking, location of Concierge, shuttle services, ski lockers and pool towels
Beginning Sept 1, 2021, Beaver Run will begin collecting parking fees year round from all guests. Check in is at 4 pm.

Beaver Run Resort Ski-In/Ski-Out Luxury Condo Stay

The condo was exactly as described. My family and I loved the location and amenities at the Beaver Run Complex. The location was perfect and we didn't need a car. We could easily walk to the town in 10 minutes. We had some trouble acclimating to the altitude on the first day so the ability to call the front desk for a shuttle back to the resort from town was awesome. The ski locker included with the room was a convenient walk and the door led right out to the chair lift. Amazing location. The hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool and saunas were perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

First time Breckinridgers

This was our first trip out West and first time in Breckinridge… and let me just say, this trip will be hard to beat!! We had a wonderful mix of warmer days with fantastic views of the most beautiful Mountains, followed by days with tons of snow! It was magical!! This location was great for our little family. Literally, the ski equipment was kept in the lockers down stairs next to the lift so you can walk right out the back door and hop on the lift!! There was access to green slopes for the littles to get their skiing feet, then we headed up to the blues and explored some of the neighboring peaks. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay and the resort is very family friendly. We loved the arcade, heated pools, walking access to Main Street and the shuttle service that was provided by the resort. Rebecca was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with during our stay. We will definitely book here again for our future travels to Breck!!

Wonderful Winter Stay

We traveled to Breckenridge from December 27-Jan 2. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (two adults and 2 kids ages 9 and 5). The condo was very well appointed with anything we could need for cooking/cleaning ect and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a fan for the bedroom (we’re hot natured) as well as a humidifier for the dryer air. It was also a great location to access the Beaver Run and Quicksilver lifts for a day in the slopes. Our kids loved the pool and hot tubs after a day of skiing. Rebecca was a wonderful host and replied quickly to any questions we had. We would love to come back!

Great location with everything you need at your fingertips

This condo had all the amenities one needs for ski in ski out. Clean room with plenty of storage to accommodate a family of 4. I would stay here again!

Best vacation rental

Our family (kids 10 and 15) stay in a LOT of rental houses/apartments. This apartment is near the top of the list. Rebecca was super responsive to EVERYTHING and proactive letting us know various options. Excellent location across the street from the lift. Bed was very comfy. Tons of towels etc. excellent cookware (!!!) and beaver run was great for our family with games/pool/hot tub in addition to accessible skiing. If anyone is working from breck, work desk is great too! Highly recommend!!

Great Location!

We arrived to a perfectly clean unit, stocked with all of the kitchen items you could think of; cookware, dishes, extra baggies, tinfoil and a Keurig Coffee Maker. We were a short 5-10 min walk from all of the shops & restaurants. We will definitely check for availability of this unit the next time we are planning a trip to Breckenridge.

Great location, well stocked kitchen

We love beaver run because the lift always seems to be shorter than all other locations. The ski locker is super convenient. While the pool towels can sometimes run short during the apres ski rush, the resort is functional. Our unit was clean and stocked with many of the things you’d expect including a Nespresso and Keurig. We were pleased with the kitchen having adequate pots, pans, colanders, etc. and these were in good shape, not damaged skillets what make you worry you’re eating PTFEs. We would stay here again.

Advertised In -Correctly

Was advertised as a 5 min walk to town, more like 20 -30 min, Heater did not work in the Apt last 3 days of our stay, maintenance tried to fix and we were told the owners would have to fix… meanwhile we have no heat. Beaver Run resort is sub par on amenities and for sure a lack of customer service and guest attention. They dont care

Very clean, cozy and accessible!!!

Had a wonderful stay at this cute/cozy condo! You can’t beat the access to the lifts! What a great place if you have small children learning! There is access to a magic carpet, learning hill and even ski instructors. It was a little crowded due to limited ski lifts, but I’m glad to hear it snowed 21 inches after we left and several more lifts opened! Resort transportation is awesome, parked there car the entire stay! What a lovely place!!!

Perfect for a family of 5

The condo was beautiful and located in building 1 which had a ski locker steps from the Beaver Run Lift. We loved the twin bed adjacent to the king and the pull out for the kids. The space was very tastefully decorated and clean. Upstairs were hot tubs, a pool, and an arcade. This place has everything you need for an easy family ski trip!

Honey and welcoming

Everything was as described and pictured, and it worked out great for us. It has a homey feel and was very comfortable. It’s a short trip to Main St., and the property offers a free, on-demand shuttle, so getting around was super easy without a car. We would definitely consider this again if traveling to the area.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

If you visit during the summer, you are moments away from amazing trails, horseback riding, shopping and restaurants. During the ski season you have slope side ski lockers and are the building that is directly infront of the Beaver Run Superchair. There is a ski school, 3 restaurants, a fire pit and everything you need at your finger tips. Also there is an arcade with put put golf, and plenty of open indoor and outdoor space for children to play.
