We welcome you to our chic mountain condo at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge, CO. We have taken great care to create a comfortable and inviting space where you can relax at the end of your day.
Our condo is ideally located in the heart of Breckenridge, just steps from world-class skiing, hiking/biking trails, boutique shopping, and award-winning restaurants. (1/2 block from historic Main Street).
After a fun day of exploring or skiing, a perfect way to relax is in the steam room/dry sauna, one of the four hot tubs, or heated swimming pool. There is also a fire pit where you can gather with friends and family to roast marshmallows and enjoy the mountain air.
Our condo is well-equipped with everything you need for a great vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king bed, queen sleeper sofa and a cozy living area. We also have a variety of amenities for your entertainment, including free video games, billiards, gaming room, small movie theater and shuffleboard located in the community area.
We want you to have the best possible vacation experience, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or needs. We are here for you and welcome any questions!

We chose our quaint spot in the heart of this special mountain town because it has the best summers as well as the best winters, depending on your joy. The small town feels like family, and you will soon feel like a part of it when you visit. Since we can't stay here full-time, we welcome you to our comfortable condo to have a place to lay your head and rest up for the busy day ahead, whatever that may be!

When you stay in our clean and comfortable condo, you will have a full kitchen for preparing meals, and access to the four large in-ground jacuzzies, heated swimming pool, steam/dry sauna, full gym, family area with pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, big screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. Our condo has many amenities. Get the whole vacation experience, not just a place to sleep. You won't regret it!
