We welcome you to our chic mountain condo at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge, CO. We have taken great care to create a comfortable and inviting space where you can relax at the end of your day.

Our condo is ideally located in the heart of Breckenridge, just steps from world-class skiing, hiking/biking trails, boutique shopping, and award-winning restaurants. (1/2 block from historic Main Street).

After a fun day of exploring or skiing, a perfect way to relax is in the steam room/dry sauna, one of the four hot tubs, or heated swimming pool. There is also a fire pit where you can gather with friends and family to roast marshmallows and enjoy the mountain air.

Our condo is well-equipped with everything you need for a great vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king bed, queen sleeper sofa and a cozy living area. We also have a variety of amenities for your entertainment, including free video games, billiards, gaming room, small movie theater and shuffleboard located in the community area.

We want you to have the best possible vacation experience, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or needs. We are here for you and welcome any questions!

Great place!

This rental is exceptionally clean and well maintained. My host was very responsive to my inquiries and quite helpful. The front desk staff was amazing, too. Great location. Cost was competitive for the area. Highly recommend.

Excellent place for Skiing

We were very happy with our stay in the Condo. Had a couple of issues pop up, but they were always quickly resolved. The owner was very responsive and always answered the phone. Zero complaints about that. The room was excellent. It's the nicest and cleanest one we've been in. My 7-year old kept referring to it as "luxury". The condo is also very close to all the shops, which was a plus. We parked our car when we arrived, and it did not move until the day we checked out. It's not necessarily ski-in, ski-out, but it's very close and everything you need is right there. The room is also a ways away from the elevator, which is probably the only one negative I can think about it. Especially for having to carry ski equipment around. We ended up renting an overnight locker for the few days. We definitely plan on staying in the same condo next year, the condo and location is worth the .

Such a cute vacation rental. Fully stocked with everything you need. Awesome on site amenities. Perfect location to ski and eat at the many delicious restaurants in town. Will be sure to come back.

Weekend at Breckenridge

My family stays at Breckenridge a couple times each year and this unit was one of the cleanest and best presented. The linens were crisp and clean and the bed was very comfortable after a long day skiing. The Villages has the perfect location to walk to the slopes and the restaurants. The hot tubs are great!

Great Stay!

The location is great. Close to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street restaurants. The Condo was spotless and well equipped. The pool, spa, exercise room and other amenities were well maintained. The available heated indoor parking is very convenient. We will stay there again.

Amazing!

My husband and I did a little trip for our 30th anniversary and it was everything and more. Very easy check-in and great customer service. The host was so sweet and when we arrived, there was a bottle of wine and a card wishing us a happy anniversary. The condo was unbelievably clean and decorated beautifully. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for helping make our anniversary perfect!

Great stay in Breckenridge

While I had issues with reading messages in the VRBO app, which made checking in difficult, this place was ultimately very nice. Our kids loved the pool and game room, the hot tubs were beautiful, and the entire experience was very nice.

Amazing condo, great location, and walkable to so many things!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and loved it. Condo is well equipped with everything you’d need. Comfortable bed and plenty of room for the two of us. I loved how we could walk to everything and didn’t have to use our car once. Will definitely stay here again.

Great crash pad

This place was great. Pics were exactly what the place was like. Small unit but if just skiing & sleeping it’s perfect. It also had a nice little kitchen if you wanted to cook. 4 stars because internet was spotty and you don’t get parking the day you check out; we had to move our car before skiing the last day. Host Tammy was THE MOST responsive host I have ever dealt with on VRBO. THANK YOU!!!

Great location! Clean!

Location was just a short walk to ski lift. We didn’t have to use the car to go anywhere. The apartment was clean and well equipped. For a husband and wife in Breckenridge purely to ski it was exactly what we needed!

Unbeatable Convenience and Location

Location couldn't be better. Walk to the lifts. Breck Sports in building if you want to rent equipment. The building also has excellent amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, dry sauna, steam sauna, pool table, video games, TV lounge, etc.) The unit itself is clean and modern. It's small. So definitely tight with more than two people. I would say three at the max. But, worth it for the convenience. Also, everything in town is walking distance. You don't need a vehicle for this unit. But, if you have or want one, there is amazing underground parking. Tammy, the host, is very available and helpful! I would definitely recommend!

Great place, as advertised! Easy walk to quick silver lift at Base 9. Very close to town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Tammy was a great host, very responsive to any questions

Fantastic location and amenities!

This is a tremendous place! Great location, so close to the base. The room was completely as described. We would definitely stay here again! The room was very clean and well managed. The only (very minor) issue we had was at check in. The staff were incorrect in who managed the property however the manager quickly corrected everything. The check in instructions were also very detailed so that helped the desk agent to understand they were incorrect and not our host. Tammy the host was super helpful during booking, prior to our stay and checked on us during our stay. She is a great communicator. We really enjoyed our stay here!
