You are truly in the Hollywood Hills with views that belong on a postcard! With a birds eye view you can see everything but your still walking distance from the Hollywood Bowl as well as Hollywood Blvd, Runyon Canyon and the 100 year old Landmark restaurant Yamashiros. This is definitely a place you'd want to chill at with your significant other or your closest friends. The location is very private so no worries about privacy. I truly believe you'll want to keep this one a secret!!!

Amazing views of the city! All of the pictures in this listing are exactly what you can expect. Beautiful decor inside, very clean and neat, 3 spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area is very accommodating for large families. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is PERFECT! It’s very walkable and close to everything! It’s situated in Hollywood Heights atop the hills and has so much history and charm. The host was very friendly and welcoming and ensured that we received a tour of the home upon our arrival. We had an incredible experience in LA and would be delighted to stay here again. Thanks so much, Georgio, for the hospitality and the memories we shall carry with us. 10/10

Awesome location and Amazing Views! This house was perfect for the 6 of us. We loved the decor, the beds were comfy,, 3 bathrooms!, stocked with what you may have forgotten and the hosts were so nice! Definitely will be recommending to family and friends that visit California.

We had an amazing experience! The view was absolutely stunning and sitting on the deck in the evening was heavenly! The house had a great vibe with modern decor. It has all the amenities and parking. Our hosts were welcoming and had great communication. A must stay if you are traveling to Los Angeles.

Fabulous stay in Hollywood Hills!

What an amazing place. I could just stare at the views all day. Great decor, comfortable and luxurious. Very close to Hollywood Boulevard and Hollywood Bowl but very safe, secure and private. Lovely hosts and so nice to have the fridge stocked too. Thank you for our stay, one to remember!

Fun place to stay for a girls trip!

The view is better than the pictures. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen has most anything needed to cook. Short walk to Hollywood bowl. Conveniently located to all of fun

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in the Hollywood Hills. It was bright, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. Our hosts were lovely and accommodating.

Best stay ever!

We loved our stay and Georgio and Kelly were amazing hosts. Responsive and welcoming. The house is well stocked and there is a washer and dryer which was great for us after a trip to Venice Beach. The house is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were in town for a graduation at USC and the location worked great for us. We also visited Universal Studios which was only a couple of minutes away. We had two small children and it wa speeded for them as well. The deck railing is very safe.Thank you Georgio and Kelly!!

Hollywood Bowl weekend

This home is a perfect spot for walking to the Hollywood Bowl. The views are amazing, the decor creative and warm, and the kitchen stocked for being able to cook. We plan to come back for sure.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views

We had a fantastic stay. This is probably the best home we’ve ever stayed at. Plenty of room and amenities for the whole family, great location, amazing and comfortable decor, and fantastic views overlooking the city. A wonderful stay from our initial arrival and tour of the house to the moment we left. We absolutely loved our stay.

The place was just perfect for us

It’s all about the view which was spectacular. The place is very roomy and had everything you need. We enjoyed playing pool on the pool table. Don’t use Apple maps but use Google maps because Apple Maps led us to the wrong place. It was really nice having the owner meet us there to take us in and show us around.

Hollywood Hills Gem

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were great, the house was exactly as advertised, and the views are phenomenal. You truly do have a view of Hollywood sign, Observatory, Capital Records, and downtown LA from the balcony and downstairs bedroom. House is also walking distance from Hollywood Bowl which is exactly why we chose this house. Fair warning, it’s uphill/stairs on the way back, just take your time and you will be fine. 10/10 would stay again.

Listing was very accurate. Home exceeded our expectations and has everything you need. Stunning wrap-around views. Central W Hollywood location puts you close to so many must sees. Great communication from host and he welcomed us upon arrival which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfection!

We had such an amazing time! This property makes you feel like a movie star. The views are stunning, the house feels very private and is in such a prime location. Lovely stay!!

Well stocked and comfortable stay. Personalized with meeting the hosts when we checked in. The view is to die for and it is a great location for the Hollywood Bowl! The walk back was a little steep, but worth it! Go for it!

Great location and home

Location was close to many local activities and the 101 freeway, views were great, and house was laid out in a way that could work for most families, or a couple, couples. Stocked with useful items (think shower/laundry/kitchen). Thank you!
