Traiga a su familia a nuestra hermosa casa de playa en la ciudad de Port Aransas, Texas. Nuestra propiedad está ubicada a solo tres cuadras de los mejores restaurantes, bares y tiendas que Port Aransas tiene para ofrecer. Si lo tuyo es la pesca, la sede de Deep Sea está a solo una cuadra de distancia.

Los balcones frontales y traseros cubiertos de árboles tienen excelentes muebles de exterior para relajarse y disfrutar de la brisa del océano. El patio ajardinado y los patios rodean la casa para un desayuno temprano en la mañana o para relajarse por la tarde. Una ducha al aire libre fría y caliente funciona muy bien para enjuagarse después de un largo día en la playa. Nunca se sabe qué tipo de sonidos puede escuchar, el océano, los barcos o incluso los débiles sonidos de la música en vivo por las noches.

Siéntese en el porche y tome asiento en la primera fila para la exhibición de fuegos artificiales del 4 de julio. Una corta caminata lo mantendrá parado en la playa escuchando el surf roll.

Esta casa luminosa y alegre está repleta de comodidades como televisión por cable, aire acondicionado central y acceso inalámbrico a Internet. La cocina cuenta con lavavajillas, microondas y horno, con lavadora y secadora grandes en el lavadero. Las dos habitaciones contienen una cama king-size en el dormitorio principal, una cama queen en el dormitorio 2 y un colchón inflable queen-size. La casa tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente.

Port Aransas ofrece excelente pesca, paseos en bote, parques, observación de aves, música en vivo y fabulosos restaurantes. Si está buscando más entretenimiento o compras en la gran ciudad, Corpus Christi está a 25 minutos.

Fun Getaway!

We had a great time in Port A! We loved that you can drive on the beach and our dogs loved it too. The house had a fenced in yard that was great for the dogs too. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place, great location!

Melanie is a great host. The place was clean and inviting with all the amenities one would need. The central location is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and attractions. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent Stay

This place was good location. The place was the perfect size. The only issue was the Wifi would go in and out. I am not sure if I was on the correct network, but it wasn't that important to us to have.

Amazing!

This place was an easy to get to location.. we love staying on the old part of town because you can take the golf cart everywhere. We pick the house based off location and the fireworks that were going to happen for new years because the show is on that side of town. I can’t say enough great things about the house.. super clean when you walk in..lots of cooking/utensils…beds were comfy. Everything was great! Definitely stay here again! Melanie was awesome and so nice to communicate with!

Location, Location, Location

We had a wonderful stay in the Old Town neighborhood. It is a well kept home and we enjoyed how quiet the area was. We were the only guest so the larger home was offered and we really appreciated the extra space. The front porch area was one of our favorite places to relax and bird watch. Our dog came with us and he was happy in the fenced backyard and he loved the front porch hanging out with us. Thank you Melanie and we will visit again. Don and Lisa Kiley

Good parts and suggestions

We had a very good time and enjoyed the place. A few suggestions follow. Some staples would have been helpful: sugar, salt, olive oil. A rubber mat in the shower, we’re older and that’s pretty slippery. Some better soap, the one there had been watered down. Several utensils are missing according to the photos. A review of what’s there might be helpful. But, that’s not to say we didn’t have a great time. Thanks for the welcome gift and allowing us to stay.

Average rental

This rental was overall fine. It had a very musty smell which was displeasing. Also there were a few important items missing like soap and kitchen trash. Also, several of the lights were out which made it dark unless the shades were open. I emailed the owner just to notify them of these things so they could correct this but never received a response to that email.

Good location but many improvements should be made.

When booking this property I had sent a message stating we were coming to fish for the weekend. The day of check in I recieved a text with check in info. While traveling and reading the info it stated no boats or trailers were allowed at the property and other arrangements must be made. NO place in the listing had this information!!! The listing stated there were 3 spots for us to park so we only took one vehicle to make sure we had room to park with the boat even if we needed to drop the trailer. We made arrangements at 11:00 pm when we arrived thanks to friends staying in the area. This 100% should be in the listing not info you receive the day of!!! The house is in a good location tucked away on a side street with very little traffic. It could definently be cleaner as there were large amounts of human hair on the pillows in our bed, while looking for a blanket in the closet I pulled down what appeared to be a urine stained sheet that may have been hidden up there from a previous guest, and we were given 2 bath towels for 4 adults X 3 days. Towels were provided promptly on request. The beds were confortable. Be prepared to do the cleaners job at check out even though you are charged a cleaning fee. You not only have to take the trash to the outside cans but must place the large cans at the road in a specific manor or be charged an extra $50. Load washing machine and start it, load dishwasher and start it, adjust the a/c, the list was longer than I have experienced before.

Average rental

Pros: 1. Dog friendly home including tile floors & fenced yard. 2. Not in high traffic area, but easy to get to restaurants, etc. 3. TVs in bedrooms and main space which can be viewed from dining and living room. Also a DVD player so you can get a Redbox movie, if needed. 4. Decent amount of space with nice kitchen. 5. Electronic keypad, so you don't have to worry about keeping track of a house key. Cons: 1. Needs some attention. Noticeable musty smell and appears to have mildew around the vent above bed in 2nd bedroom. A half bath bulb burned out - someone removed it instead of replacing. Hose at front of house (best place to rinse dog paws - outdoor shower not ideal for this) doesn't work. 2. Communication could be better. No info on VRBO app for check-in. Didn't receive any messages until day before trip and instruction sheet indicates "no pets", although booking showed bringing dogs. Never got a response when requested verification on this. Random FYIs: There's no tiki bar. I don't know anyone who needs this, but ya know... The queen bed is very high. If you're traveling with little ones, you might need to use the fold-up bed (looks like a twin) or sleeper sofa. Takeaway: Weather wasn't great during our stay, so we couldn't fully enjoy the beach (which is pretty nice) but the house was comfy. It was good to have a place we could bring the pups and not have to keep them on leashes when they needed to go out.

Vacation in Port Aransas

The home was very pretty. The thing that drew me to this property was location and fenced yard for my pets. Overall would recommend. Enjoyed our stay and dogs loved the beach.

Beautiful Place, a few hiccups

Electric did not work for lights in master bedroom and laundry room. There were washed clothes in the washer, but otherwise, (and I am sure they are going to fix the electric), it is a beautiful, fully stocked upstairs cabin with a cool deck to hang out on and a private yard. Quick jaunts to many sights are a breeze in this location. Quite area, and you can still hear the nightlife down the street, from the back yard. A perfect place for a family who likes the amenities of a stocked kitchen...and the grill is a plus. Pamela's communications were all friendly.

Major Disappointment

This property is incorrectly listed. The house is split into 3 separate listings, Large house, small house, and apartment, not notated on the website. The listing boasts Tiki Bar, (photos) Games room, garage. The garage could not be opened. The Tiki Bar was inside the large house inaccessible to us. The house assigned to us was the small house. Not dirty but, DIRTY. The mattress in one of the bedrooms indicated a crime scene had taken place; absolutely nasty and caused much worry for us to use. The dishwasher wasn’t attached to the wall. Kitchen sink had a leak which flowed to the floor. A quick look underneath the cabinet outlined a long standing leak. Bed linens did not fit the bed they were assigned to and the bathroom had a nasty (unwashed) white bath mat. Roaches throughout which caused us to eat at restaurants. Yard equipment was broken and the BBQ grill was left uncleared. The washing machine was left with a sock and T-shirt and the dryer needs a new belt. The vacuum had not been emptied in ages. Drawers contained other visitors possessions. I emailed both the owner and the person who apparently cleaned. This was done on Friday. I didn’t hear back until Monday. Some issues were dealt with on the day before we departed. A really bad experience. Nasty!!

Great Property

We loved this house! It was very comfortable and close to everything in town. Check in and check out process was a breeze. If you are looking for a great place to stay for your get away this is it. We loved the fence yard too!
