Mai Tide--4 BR House, Sleeps 11, Close to Beach, Dogs OK, Tons of Parking!

Welcome to Mai Tide! This 4 BR/3 bath beach house sleeps up to 11 guests and is a perfect place for your family or group vacation. Located in the popular Boardwalk community off of Eleventh Street, Mai Tide is in the "golf cart zone" and near the beach, shopping, restaurants, and fishing. The fully-fenced yard makes it convenient for dog-lovers and the community boardwalk make getting to the beach a breeze. The 40-foot long driveway provides plenty of parking for additional guests, boat trailers, or other vehicles.

When you arrive at Mai Tide, you're greeted by a huge front balcony with porch swings and other seating that is perfect for enjoying the ocean breezes. The balcony is a great place for morning coffee, relaxing with a good book, or spending evenings with your friends and family.

Inside, you'll find a spacious, open-concept living and dining area with a full kitchen. The kitchen features a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and all the kitchenware you'll need to prepare the catch-of-the-day. There is also a small island for additional prep space and seating.

Off the kitchen is the dining area that seats eight guests. It's a perfect place to share a meal or enjoy a puzzle or game night. In the adjacent living area, you'll find a large-screen smart television and plenty of seating for your crew. Enjoy a movie, play games, or just relax. Cable television and wireless internet are provided with your stay.

Down the hall are the three main-floor bedrooms. The first is the master suite with a king bed, smart telvision and a dresser for storage. The attached bath has a bathtub/shower combination, and a large vanity.

On the other side are two guest bedrooms. The first has a king bed, a smart television, and a large closet. Next to it is a fun bunk room that sleeps five guests. There is under-bunk trundle bed and a large television for the kids to enjoy. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a walk-in shower.

If you need extra sleeping space, there is a fourth bedroom downstairs. This room has a twin-over king bunk and a smart television. There is also a full bath with a walk-in shower and large vanity.

Mai Tide also has a fully-fenced back yard. There, you'll find a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. The yard is a perfect place for the kids to play or for your dog to stretch his or her legs.

When you're ready for some fun, the attached garage space has you covered. Inside, you can enjoy ping-pong, table shuffleboard, and bait/beer refrigerator, and a television. It's a great place to have some fun after a day at the beach. Although the garage is not available for parking, the huge driveway offers space for up to six vehicles. If you plan on bringing a boat trailer, please ask about arrangements.

When you're ready for the beach, the community features a private beach crossover just down the street. Take the dog for a walk or enjoy a sunset stroll. If you prefer to drive, the beach is less than 1/2 mile by car or golf cart down Eleventh to Beach Access Road 1-A.

Mai Tide is a dog-friendly property subject to weight and breed limitations. We welcome well-trained, adult dogs whose breeds are not considered "aggressive". If you plan to bring a dog, please let us know so we can pre-approve your pet. We ask that dogs be kenneled if left alone in the house and that you clean up after your dog outside (we provide pet waste bags). There is a $75 per dog pet cleaning fee that covers your entire stay.

There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the house. Violations are subject to a $250 deep cleaning fee.
