Enjoy everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer without all the noise and traffic.
Quiet 2br/2ba non-smoking condo located on the 14th green/15th tee of the Norman course in Barefoot Resort, just a 8-9 minute drive to the beach, or use the free shuttle during the summer.

Top floor (3rd floor) ensures no noisy neighbors above you for a good night's sleep, and vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans in every room.

Located in the Ironwood community within the Barefoot Resort, you will have access to more amenities than any other condo community in Barefoot. Enjoy the Ironwood community pool, tennis/pickleball court, sand volleyball court, gazebo, and shared grills throughout Ironwood. You also have access to Barefoot Resort's two-acre salt water pool next to the Barefoot Marina, and the Marina Bar and Grill which has great views of the weekly summer fireworks at Barefoot Landing.

Barefoot Resort has four of the top ten golf courses in the Myrtle Beach area. There is also a top notch grass driving range and practice area just two minutes away. Just past the driving range is the clubhouse for the Norman, Love and Fazio courses, and the Dye course is just around the corner from there, all without leaving Barefoot Resort.

At the entrance to Barefoot Resort is Barefoot Landing, with the House of Blues and Alabama Theater, as well as many quality dining and shopping options. All of this without having to even go on Route 17. From Barefoot Landing, the beach is just half a mile away, and Tanger Outlet Shopping is just 3 miles away. There is also a free shuttle throughout the summer that stops by the entrance to the Ironwood complex within walking distance of the condo, right by the pool, which will take you to Barefoot Landing and the beach.

Keyless access, so no worries about picking up and dropping off a key by a certain time. Connected home with free high speed 300Mbps WiFi, Google Nest and Smart TVs throughout, all with access to Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Prime, and various network TV applications. Google hub in the living room lets you view the front door, lock and unlock the front door, control the thermostat, play music, etc.

Important notes: Ironwood has a strict parking policy. No motorcycles, ATVs, golf carts, mobile homes, motorhomes, trailers, boats, ATV, PWCs, and no commercial trucks. Pets are not permitted for short term rentals.

I would highly recommend staying at this property. It was a very clean, spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed for our long weekend. The check in and out process was a breeze compared to other short term vacation rentals! Bonus, I couldn't recommend the Putters Pub food enough!

Work Trip!

Two of my managers and I came down and stayed for a week. We worked 7 days straight and this was a perfect spot to come back to. Very quiet neighborhood and complex.. especially being on the top floor. We needed a place to eat, sleep and unwind! Pictures and description are very accurate, response time and check in very simple! Thank you Phil!

Clean, close to golf

* 34 night stay, February and March We enjoyed our stay in this clean condo. The host responded to our queries in a timely manner. Check in/out was simple. We enjoyed the private balcony a lot, sitting in comfy padded chairs overlooking trees. The living room and dining furniture was comfortable. We didn’t find the beds comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the stove oven works well. The burners on the stove are wiggly and not level. We liked the ice maker in the frig. A few more tea towels, dish cloths and food storage containers would have been useful. There was a sufficient amount bath towels supplied. The community grounds are clean and well maintained. We made use of the nearby good quality tennis/pickle ball courts and charcoal barbecues. We purchased the $300 per couple, Barefoot Snowbird golf membership, which includes the driving range for the month of March. It’s a great deal and enjoyed the Fazio, Norman and Love courses. Staff were very organized, friendly, and it was easy to book in advance tee times. The condo is located a convenient 3-4 minute drive to club house and driving range. We had some very warm weather and were quite disappointed to find out the Ironwood pool was closed for our entire stay due to maintenance. We did drive to Barefoot 2 acre pool and found that it was closed to swimming in the winter months. Guests are allowed to sit on the chairs by the pool. The Barefoot shuttle bus to the beach does not run in the winter months. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the beach with parking available for a cost. Bring your own beach towels and chairs. A vehicle is needed to get to grocery stores, shopping etc. We would recommend this condo for rental.

Excellent

This condo is as advertised. Quality of furnishings is high and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. It is a comfortable, quiet place with a great patio. Host has made everything easy from check-in, to stay, to check-out. We would gladly stay in this home if/when we return. During our stay, we had an issue with the HVAC. Host was super prompt in resolving the issue and very considerate of us. This place is value at its best.

Perfect!

This condo was a great find and I highly recommend it for many reasons: located in a safe and beautiful area, easy check in, comfortable furniture, lots of towels, big TVs with many channels , and most important it was super clean! The communication with Phil , the owner, was A+. If I go back to North Myrtle Beach, I know where I will be staying :) Phil, thank you for this great experience.

Responsive owner, easy check in, clean quiet unit. Nice pool never crowded.. overall very nice. However be sure to bring own beach towels , toys , chairs, tennis stuff volleyball etc. not provided by owner.

Great condo unit with a view!

Golfing at Barefoot was excellent. We got the Snowbird Membership for February - really good value. Condo was perfect for our needs. The owner, Phil, was very communicative and helpful.

Excellent family friendly vacation in North Myrtle Beach!

The pictures shown clearly reflect the residences current state! Quite honestly, it was even better in person! Immaculate condition! The property owner Phil was a great to work with and literally would answer any question within a reasonable turnaround time! Thank you Phil! This a very quiet location and was great for my family, but also would be a great golf getaway as well!!! Multiple pools onsite, with the ocean only ~10 minute drive away. Plenty of food options, shopping, coffee, and putt putt golf courses all literally within 10 minutes of the residence! Would HIGHLY recommend and will stay here again in the future! Great experience all around!

I'm 57 years old, work from home, and like to golf and fish with my son in my spare time. I'm offering our condo for rent when we are not using it so others can get to enjoy it while I'm back up north for the summer.

I liked this property because it was a little off the beaten path, yet centered in the middle of four amazing golf courses in Barefoot Resort. While not a beachfront location, Barefoot does offer a shuttle to the beach. Easy access to all the attractions without having to deal with all the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You can get to two great venues without having to get in traffic (House of Blues and Alabama Theater), as well as Duplin Winery, the restaurants and shops at Barefoot Landing, and the Barefoot Marina. Sneak out the back north entrances and you can hop on 31 and avoid most of the traffic when going to Broadway at the Beach and Murrells Inlet.
