With two full size beds, a murphy bed, and a sleeper sofa, there is space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. 
Enjoy a private oceanfront balcony with 180 degree views of the gorgeous Atlantic.  There is balcony seating for sipping cold cocktail in the afternoon after a great day at the beach or a morning cup of coffee to get your day started in the most unbelievable way.

Our suite is a desirable direct oceanfront condo and even features a kitchenette for added comfort and convenience

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 15th floor
*All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Hot tubs are open year round, unless closed for maintenance.
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*No grills on property.
*Coin operated laundry room on site.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.
*All linens and bath towels are included with your reservation.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
6. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
