Features a Queen Bedroom en suite with organic bedding, a luxury living room with a big couch to curl up on . TV, WiFi, French press coffee, fridge, microwave a bottle of wine on arrival. Private drive, private entrance, loads of parking for pickup, SUV's or 2 horse trailer, outdoor seating to enjoy your favorite beverage with an amazing view. Come stay with us !

Beautiful and Quiet Oasis

My husband and I attended a birthday party on Lover's Lane. Chase Cottage was a beautiful alternative for us to be able to enjoy a very local experience while having easy access to all the nearby region holds. We definitely plan to stay there again!

Great cottage in the middle of VA wine country

This cottage is a great place to stay while visiting the wineries near Gordonsville and Barboursville. Tracy is a wonderful host and the property has a wonderful view of the surrounding horse farms.

Perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway

My wife and I stayed at the suite for a quick getaway to visit a few wineries and a restaurant or two before spending a couple hours on Skyline drive. This was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful location, very private, clean and convenient to gordonsville. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway Spot

This was a wonderful stay with a great view. Tracy went above and beyond to make our romantic stay special, Highly recommend. Just something to note: The area has limited phone service for some carriers and there are very very few ubers in the area, so plan to drive

Perfect Getaway!

Perfect location and space for a long weekend getaway! Visiting the area for an event at UVA, but decided to stay outside of the city to better explore the area. This was a perfect spot and amazing host to help us with dinner and recreation recommendations… so good!!! The “suite” was very private and everything we needed. We loved the patio with a beautiful view of the countryside. Thank you for offering your space for our little getaway weekend!

Beautiful and Peaceful

Even though we only stayed one night at this cottage, it was very quiet and peaceful. We slept great. If we had any questions Tracey was on top of things. We would definitely stay there again.

Weekend Getaway to Virginia Horse Country

We have visited this peaceful location three times and will return. Chase Cottage provides us a great home base for wine tours around the Charlottesville and Barboursville areas. A trip to James Madison's Montpelier is a must. Tracey is a wealth of information for planning your visit to the surrounding Virginia hunt country.

Chase Cottage Once Again

Given this is our fourth visit, it goes without saying we enjoy our time at Chase Cottage. Chase Cottage provides a perfect jumping off location for our winery tours, hiking and historical visits. Tracey is a wealth of information and provides us many inside tips on things to do in the area. We will definitely be returning.

Soooo relaxing!

My husband and I so enjoyed this little getaway for our anniversary. We went to several of the nearby wineries and just enjoyed wine and coffee from the patio looking at the rolling hills and beautiful scenery. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud, the breakfast tray of muffins, fruit, fresh flowers, etc. was stunning, and overall this was just such a comfortable, cozy, private place to stay. We had everything we needed and Tracey was delightful — responsive and helpful.

5 Stars - Absolutely Perfect Getaway in VA wine/horse country

Our stay at Chase Cottage "The Suite" in Gordonsville was incredible! Tracey, the owner, was amazing—she thought of every little detail to make our visit special. We were greeted with chilled wine and half and half, perfect for enjoying the French press coffee provided. The space itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming style. You can tell the owner has great taste! The location is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by the gorgeous Virginia countryside, yet close to many fantastic wineries. We can't wait to return!

Lovely Cottage!

My husband & I enjoyed this lovely cottage suite as part of a wknd getaway to celebrate my birthday. The cottage is clean, well designed, comfortable with gorgeous farm & mountain views. If you’re looking to relax & explore the area we highly recommend this cottage. Downtown Gordonsville, Barboursville Vineyard/Palladio Restaurant and the Market at Grelen are a short drive away. The owner was gracious & provided a warm welcome, bottle of wine & special touches (including a thoughtful bday gift). We highly recommend booking this cottage & look forward to visiting again!

Absolutely fantastic rental!

Wow. I cannot say enough about “The Suite” at Chase Cottage. My friend and I spent a weekend getaway touring Barboursville and Charlottesville. Chase Cottage was perfectly nestled near wineries, coffee shops, great restaurants and shopping. The owner of the cottage, Tracey, treated us like princesses- taking care of our every need and giving us suggestions of places to go and things to do when we asked. The cottage property was gorgeous, very clean, cozy, and well taken care of. There were gifts for us when we arrived and croissants delivered every morning. Fantastic place, friendly and talented hostess- an overall top notch get-away destination. I highly recommend it. We will be back. ~Wendy Tarr

Wonderful Anniversary Getaway!

What a fantastic little getaway for our anniversary! Tracey went all out making sure we had everything we needed, even offering us an earlier check in time since it was a special occasion! Her suite is gorgeous and the views are spectacular! We so enjoyed sitting on the private patio enjoying a glass of wine to end our day! The pumpkin muffins and fruit this morning were such a treat to go with our coffee! We will definitely be back again and have already told our friends about it too! Thank you so much Tracey for making our 18th wedding anniversary getaway so special!

Just what we needed!

My daughter and I needed a quick getaway and when I saw the pictures of the setting of this property, I was immediately drawn to it and it did not disappoint. Very relaxing and the owner was great to work with. We needed to unplug and this was exactly the place we needed!!

Great little place in wine country

We had a great stay. The place is super cute and Tracey is a great host. You can really see the stars at night. Very clean and right in the heart of Virginia wine country.
