Gorgeous 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with huge salt-water pool and spa. Custom built in 2018 with high end finishes. 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one on 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor. Fantastic location - close to airport, major highways, beaches, Hyde Park for restaurants and bars, 5 min walk to BayShore Blvd. This place has everything you need for a luxury hotel-like stay! Easy access with an electronic lock.

The house was spacious and worked perfectly for our family in town for my son's wedding. It is perfectly located in a nice part of Tampa near Bayshore Blvd. We found the house well appointed, very neat and comfortable.

The home itself was good but the beds were super uncomfortable. It says that there is a queen in the master but it is a full. I am a short term rental owner as well. The bedrooms are large and should have bigger beds with more comfortable mattresses. We were super disappointed with the comfort level. The pool was not clean when we arrived but the host jumped right on it to get someone out there. There are a ton of leaves this time of year so I get it, but there should be a net over the pool when not in use. We ended up not using it unfortunately.The master bedroom shower was amazing! Also , not sure what is going on with the house next door but that was a major turnoff. I would be calling the building code depart at the county to force the owner to clean it up and remove the abandoned cars.

Over all, it is a nice home with lots of room. Pool was very nice; did not use hot tub. However, beds in all rooms are very hard and not very comfortable. Shower in master bedroom drains very slowly.

Better than average with room for improvement

The price range may be considered expensive to some and average to others. The property looks great with spacious rooms and modern. Given the price point I did not expect to encounter the small issues we experienced. It's clear you have to have rules though we were forced to break them. We could not use the coasters on tables and counters b/c none were available.The main issue was using the pool. Because it's not a "covered" pool it tends to have leaves and debris fall into the water. My expectation was that the pool would look like the pictures advertised but the pool cleaning is on a specific schedule which landed on the day after our arrival. Though we were encouraged to clean the pool ourselves I was disappointed this was necessary and we missed 2 days of using the pool. Not to be a total downer we had the ability to set the spa programming when desired by request which was a nice touch. Additionally the manager was VERY responsive to any questions or requests with a resolution to soon follow. Overall it was a great stay as the location was no more than 10-15 mins from downtown Convention Center and less than 20mins from Ybor city. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to get a place for a group near the city. Collectively these were minor issues

Best Weekend With Friends of 17 Years

Thank you so much for the amazing stay! At 35 years old this was the weekend getaway with my friends of 17 years that I dreamed of! I get married in September and all my girlfriends have little kids at home so we wanted something in a great location to get to dinners but a relaxing/safe/clean at home atmosphere. This was perfect! Thank you for the amazing communication as well and hopefully you heard us say thank you and goodbye on the ring camera!

5/5 – Amazing Stay for the Whole Family!

We absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO in Tampa! We came with the whole family and couldn’t have asked for a better home base. The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — including toys and books for our 18-month-old, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay so much easier.The beds were super comfortable, and the layout gave everyone plenty of space to relax. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet.Communication with the property manager was smooth, easy, and very responsive from start to finish. We truly felt at home, and if we ever come back to Tampa, we would 100% stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

Lots of room and great pool and space!

My husband and I and four other couples did an event in Tampa. So we needed a big house. This checked all the boxes for us. It had five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It was spotless. Had all the kitchen things you needed. The pool in the backyard was wonderful and clean. Rhonda was a pleasure to work with as she gave my husband the key codes. And responded quickly to text messages. Do not hesitate if you’re planning to stay in Tampa.

Perfect Wedding House

We used this perfect house as our family stay as our wedding venue (groom’s family) was 2 miles away. This house is in a perfect location to downtown Tampa. We just loved everything about this house!

Great House - Convenient to Everything

We lived in Tampa our entire lives until recently and frequently rent around the city. This house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The backyard was perfect for relaxation and the location was perfect with access to Bayshore and Ballast Point. We will be back!

Beautiful home but a few things lacking for a excutive stay.

We were there with a adult children and grandchildren. The hot tub/jacuzzi did not work ( even the 2 hours the host gives you per day) The lack of T.V.'s in a 5 bedroom houses was a problem for our family. Due to the limited size of the drive way it would have been nice to have had remote access to overhead garage door for a vehicle.For the overall cost to stay here we expected more accomodations.

Great Family stay in Tampa

This property was a perfect fit for our family during a double header sports weekend. The pool was fun with a nice ledge for the toddler to enjoy; a hot tub; and it was right off the back porch. The neighbor hood is quiet and the house is safely located directly across from an elementary school. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The house has 5 large bedrooms and great living space. We enjoyed it all. The management was responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome family home near downtown Tampa

The house is perfect for any family wanting access to everything Tampa / Orlando. We were less than 15 mins to just about everything we wanted to do in Tampa and only an hour and a half from Orlando! The pool is lovely and I don’t really have any complaints about the property. Communication with property manager was seamless and quick. I’d stay here again if I could!

Great house in great location.

We really enjoyed the house and its proximity to the airports, restaurants and activities. Property manager communicated via text and was responsive and flexible. Our only complaint was with the pool. We arrived a day or two after a big storm and the pool was a mess when we got there because cleaners only come on certain days. Our group had to clean the pool ourselves to make it usable the first two days. Also, it’s a very nice pool, but they will only run the hot tub and waterfall features for 2 hours each day. They run it remotely and some days, they didn’t even run for those two hours. Overall though, the house was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Tampa Conference

Myself and three other colleagues and friends recently attended a national convention in Tampa. We had booked another property for our stay but found out that it could not accommodate us as we initially thought. This property was our second choice. They were able to accommodate all our needs and the beautiful home was great for business and pleasure. Rhonda our property manager was engaged and very helpful. She was timely in responding and equipped us with essential information about the property and the surrounding area. The location was great as most of our business was at the convention center area and the neighborhood was peaceful. Midway during our stay school started back and as the school is right across the street the sound and sights of children playing and going to and from school just made it feel just like we were at home in our normal environment. We definitely would recommend this property and we would stay at this property again when in the Tampa area. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to have a television in every room. However, the amount of time we were in the home we didn't mind because we were enjoying the common area and the pool. Great property and great service. Thanks for making our business vacation very enjoyable.
