Family Weekend

Beautiful home, close to the Raymond James Stadium. It was the perfect size for our family to stay and attend an event.

Overall it was great

It was a lovely house very close to all the things we wanted to do in Tampa. The owner was quick to answer our questions. And was kind enough to let us check in a little bit early. I know that’s the exception and not the rule but after a long day of travel, we certainly appreciated it.

We stayed here for a weekend visit and couldn’t have been more pleased. Check in was a breeze and there was even a wonderful welcome gift basket upon arrival!This new home was spotless and beyond roomy, there was plenty of space, including a comfy, shaded outdoor sitting area where we spent plenty of time.Very close to Raymond James Stadium, it would be perfect if you were attending an event there or just staying in Tampa.Previous renters mentioned the roosters nearby and while we heard them we actually enjoyed listening to them when they were awake and “talking”. The host was thoughtful enough to leave plenty of earplugs if you wanted them but we didn’t need them.We would stay here again in a heartbeat, the home was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet and we loved it!

2nd Time Still As Good

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property and it was as we remembered it. The location was convenient to all the places we intended to visit. The house is beautiful and pristine. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tampa.

Great place to stay for a girls shopping trip

This home provided a perfect place for a girls weekend shopping trip. Our host was exceptional with communication and information and willingness to make us feel welcome. The home was super clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was conveniently located for what we needed, but this house was the nicest one on the street. Great host, great place and great house all made for an absolutely fantastic weekend!

An Amazing Stay

The home is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and spacious. The host have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The backyard is also accommodating when it comes to comfort, it's a very nice outdoor space. We will definitely book this home when we return to Tampa.

Nearby to Raymond James Stadium

Host accommodated our early arrival as we were going to a 1pm football game. House was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious for our group of 6 adults. Each couple had their own bathroom. Neighborhood is a little rundown, but looked like several renovations projects were ongoing. There is a rooster nextdoor that can be annoying if you are a late riser - which no one in our group was. Highly recommend, particularly if you will be attending a football game.

Great house and location!

We were in town to do some volunteering and a convention. It was an extended stay for us of 12 days and the house was exactly what we needed and waned. Very clean and comfortable home. Would definetly stay again!!

Luxury Place

As a family who had a home built in 2020, the owners really thought out the entire space. The rooms were nice and decorated great. The host was very sweet and responsive. There was a quick dine in spot that we went to called Caribbean Twist - say it with me OXTAILS. lol I have nothing negative to say. We were a bit surprised to see roosters next door but, they didn’t bother us during our stay. We loved this spot definitely coming back!

Beautiful House; Neighborhood So-So

Beautiful house; brand new and immaculate. Near airport, downtown, Ybor....great to get to everything. Only downside is the neighborhood isn't great and some fairly frisky roosters early in the morning. Otherwise loved the house.

Outstanding home

New construction home with high end appliances, extremely well furnished and equipped with everything you could need. Host Cynthia was extremely helpful and responsive. 20 min. walk to Steinbrenner Field, 10 min. walk to Raymond James field. Would love to stay again.

Perfection!

From the very first communication asking about type of coffee to little details about whether or not there was a hand mixer, I was thoroughly impressed. FYI, there is a keurig with fully stocked coffee bar. There wasn’t a hand mixer, but the owner made sure there was one delivered the day of our arrival. The house is immaculate and so spacious. We had a large group over for brunch prior to the Bucs game and then walked to the game. After a nice dinner we had a great backyard and two living areas to hangout together. Six large tvs on property. More essentials than the majority of homes I’ve stayed in and just a beautiful,relaxing vibe. There is a rooster or two next door that like to say hello. I found it charming, others may want to pack a pair of earplugs. My daughter is a Bucs cheerleader so we will DEFINITELY be renting this home again. Thank you thank you!!!

Beautiful home, great location!

Wow! This home is beautiful and had everything that we needed for a long weekend with family. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge. Nice addition of a bonus room with tv upstairs and they have created a lovely outdoor area in the back. Top of the line appliances in kitchen and laundry. Access to EV charger in garage. We were in town for a Bucs game and it was the perfect spot! Super easy, safe walk. Close to the airport and walkable to drug store and some local businesses and restaurants.

Great House

We chose this house based on proximity to Raymond James stadium (it’s walking distance). The house is fantastic - clean, comfortable, and nicely updated/maintained. Further, the communication with the property manager leading up to our trip was fantastic. My only comment would be that the neighborhood is a little rough around the edges. To be clear, we felt perfectly safe/comfortable, but something to be aware of coming in. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend this property.

We fell in love with the modern aesthetics of this house and the quality custom build the house had. It is located in an up and coming neighborhood where we see huge value increase over the next few years.

We are also sports fans and concert goers, so when we saw that the house is in walking distance of Raymond James stadium, we fell in love.

Whether it is to see a professional sport or to take in a concert, everything is within minutes from the house.
