Location, location, location! Come enjoy the lake in this spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath privately owned lakefront condo. Located in a highly desirable cove at the 1-mile marker near the Bagnell Dam Strip, you are within walking distance or a 3-minute drive from the best dining, shopping, and entertainment the area has to offer. Multiple boat/watersports rentals nearby and gas dock right next door. Area attractions within a 10-minute drive include golf courses, go-karts, mini golf, and much more. The Bagnell Dam Strip offers casual dining of all varieties or treat yourself to a fine dining experience at JB Hooks or Baxters, just a short drive away!
This unit offers beautiful views from the third level overlooking the Jennings Branch Cove. The corner unit offers a unique screened-in patio with big, open views of the lake. Patio seating for 8, allows your whole crew to gather and enjoy the lake life.
The main living area features an open, spacious floor plan to enjoy with your family and friends. Living room includes a Smart TV (w/ cable) to wind down after a long day in the sun. Double sliding patio doors provide wonderful views from inside as well, connecting the living area to the patio. Kitchen is set-up with Stainless appliances and fully equipped with cookware and utensils. Dining table just off the kitchen seats 4 with an additional 2 stools at the bar.
Master Bedroom: King Size Bed with Smart TV. Private master bathroom offers a walk-in shower with seating, and a double sink vanity.
Spare Bedroom 1: King size bed with Smart TV. Shared bathroom with Spare Bedroom 2 includes full tub & shower.
Spare Bedroom 2: Bunk Beds (Full mattress on bottom & Twin mattress on top). Additional Twin bed in this room next to the Bunk Beds makes this bedroom a great set-up for kids! Shared bathroom with Spare Bedroom 1 includes full tub & shower.
Other Amenities: Wi-Fi throughout. Utility Room includes full size washer/dryer. Complex includes a pool and seating in the pool deck area with sunshades. Great fishing right off the boat docks! The complex also includes an elevator, which is conveniently located near the unit and provides easy access to the parking lot or down to the pool/boat dock area. There is also a 14’x36’ boat slip included. Due to new regulations, there is no longer a gas grill on the patio of this unit.
**PLEASE NOTE: We respectfully ask that you consider booking another property if you are looking to party hard. This is not a party rental and late-night noise, and partying will not be allowed. Fines will be handed out. If you are looking for a party, this is not the place for you. This is a small complex and respect for other occupants is of the highest importance. We want our guests to enjoy their stay, but this is not a party rental. Families and responsible adults only. Quiet hours are in place at the complex from 11:00PM - 7:00AM every night to ensure all guests experience an enjoyable, relaxing stay at the Lake. Any violation of these rules will result in a forfeit of deposit and may result in additional fines.
**PLEASE NOTE: Must be 25 YEARS or older to rent this unit. No more than 8 people allowed to occupy this unit, per association rules. Nightly rates apply for up to 8 adults or any combination of adults and children up to 8. Any violation of these rules will result in a forfeit of deposit and may result in additional fines.
