Fantastic place

The property is very clean, close to many places to eat or enjoy. Pool & hot tub very nice & clean. View is fantastic!! Enjoyed the screened in balcony. The grandchildren & I enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a lovely place. Hope to come back next year. Sheri

Delightful retreat with beautiful views

The property was clean, well furnished and so perfect for us and our 2 teens. The condo is well located with nice views and justvthe right distance to the pool. Host is very responsive. We will be back!

Another Great Stay

This was our second time to rent this condo for our biannual trip to the lake. As with our previous visit, the condo was very clean and was perfect for our 10 night stay. The view from the screened-in balcony is wonderful. We would enjoy it in the mornings with coffee - and then later watched the sunsets. The owner was very quick to respond to questions we had. We also loved spending mornings at the pool on the point.

It was OK for short stay

We were informed ahead of time that the deck wasn't usable. But it was disappointing to walk into unit and there be paper trapped to floors and carpet that construction workers were using to work on the deck. We had our meals planned to eat in condo with food bought. The kitchen wasn't supplied well with cooking needs.

A good experience overall

The condo was clean, quiet, well decorated, and in a fabulous location. The master bedroom had an amazing view of the lake. We didn't have any issues finding parking and we were a ~10 minute drive from everything we wanted to do. The kids had a blast! There were a few inconveniences. We knew about the porch construction ahead of time, and didn't mind it one bit, but when we arrived at the condo we discovered the doors to the porch were unlocked (with no way to lock them). There were no barriers on the porch stopping someone from falling off the edge, and being so high up with young kids we were very concerned. We ended up purchasing zip ties to lock the doors ourselves. Additionally, the dishwasher did not work, which wasn't a huge deal except that we hadn't anticipated handwashing dishes every day. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and cups, but was in need of some measuring cups and new potholders. We unfortunately discovered holes in the potholders when we went to take a hot pan out of the oven. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the condo, and would love to return once the construction is finished and the dishwasher is working again! The host was friendly and responsive throughout our entire stay.

Last Minute Getaway

We wanted to schedule a last-minute trip. I was nervous about booking with the 24-hour possible wait for confirmation. Chris informed us that the patio would possibly be inaccessible and that is why instant book wasn't available. I appreciated their honesty! We were unable to go on the patio but the view was still great. We were also unable to use the grill, however, we knew this was a possibility before confirming our booking. The patio will be a fantastic addition to a nice condo. The beds were perfect for our family of six.

Amazing

Chris was great right from the beginning. The condo was having work done but it we still opted to stay. It ended up being a great decision. The place is super and the location is awesome. Pool access is 2 floors down and it’s a awesome set up. They have grills and the kitchen is perfect. You can literally stay in the condo for a week and be in great shape. I would book this place again 11 out of 10 times. It’s amazing. The beach access for lake of the ozarks is unique. However, we hit public beach #1 and #2. They were both great. Water was warm and the beach was nice and clean. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. We didn’t run into any issue but Chris was very accommodating when needed. Washer and dryer with towels so everything was perfect. Stay here. You’ll love it.

Family Getaway

The trip primarily was for our granddaughter who had just graduated from high school before she starts college. The property is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures and description. The location is close to restaurants and attractions. Chris was wonderful with his communication and quick to respond to my questions. I have saved the property as a favorite and hope to stay there again next time we visit.

Roomy and great view

Nice place and we had a great time. Although the heated pool was empty. That was one reason we rented was for the heated pool. Loved having an elevator because we have a special needs child. Most places have a lot of stairs. Also could not figure out how to get the air conditioning to work got hot.

Shootout Weekend

This Condo was very nice. Clean, well decorated, and super comfortable. The view was awesome of the main channel of the lake. Would diffidently stay again.
