Comfortable Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The extended rooftop was a plus as we got to lay out in privacy and early in the morning I used the table on the deck to journal and enjoy the new day.Only thing I would have liked was the use of the in unit washer/dryer as Ibread that somewhere however there was a lock on it and was advised to use the on site laundry facility. I may have misread the description when booking but that was my only con. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend it for those looking for a unit in Kihei!

Great trip! Nice place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good. We even had our own rooftop to ourselves which we enjoyed. It was nice having AC in the bedroom and living room. But the bedroom one had a red light flashing for a new filter and property management had some stop by to clean it but the red light remained. Also the TV was not working and there weren't any instructions. The property management had someone stop by and get it working and left us instructions. Condo was comfortable but could be updated. The property itself was very pretty, clean and close to everything.

Do not stay here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 5 nights in November and the moment we stepped into the room we were saddened and disappointed in the state of the Condo we stated in. It was the worse ever in all our visits to Maui/ Kihei here are a list of our issues. Great location. Unit needs updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 13 nights here and had a great time. The unit is dated and in need of updating. The bed was broken in the bedroom as were the beach umbrellas. The furniture on the lani and roof top deck is very old and needs to be replaced. The location was great though!
