Enjoy two ocean view balconies, a large open concept kitchen, living room and dining room, and board games for evenings of laughs with friends. This ultimate beach house is close to local restaurants and is an eight mile drive to historic downtown St. Augustine with shopping, tours, museums and live music.

Crisis Averted

This is the perfect beach house for a family with small kids. There are baby gates everywhere, so if you have toddlers in your party BOOK IT! It's a very short walk to the beach and they have all the chairs, boogie boards and sand toys you'll need for the kids to have a great time. There's an extra fridge in the garage which came in very handy. They even had an extra cooler for you to use. We loved the way the house was set up and it was easy for our large family to spend time together in the open concept main floor. There are plenty of bedrooms, so bring all your kids and grandkids along. There is a fenced yard for your four legged family members. We absolutely loved this beach house!Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen one in a million problem with the power so we had to leave. Chris was instrumental in helping us find a place to relocate and saved our family vacation. We will be back.

Great time at Butler Beach House

Had a great stay over 4th of July week. House was stocked with almost anything you would need. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Even had a canopy tent to use if needed. Chris was great. Responded quickly and came out asap when he was needed to fix something small. An added bonus was the downstairs “game room” had a full size bed we didn’t expect but was able to use.

House was very nice. Our few issues that needed help from the Property Manager were handled quickly.

Family Christmas

Loved the house, got to be part of the coldest Christmas in 20 years in Florida. Host was very responsive, would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Overall great

The property was amazing great view close walk to the beach had enough room for our whole group of 14 to sleep comfortably we even brought air mattress thinking we would need them but we didn’t because there was enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably the only thing I didn’t realize was the stairs you had to climb to get to the rooms it was a lot more then I realized and it put a toll on the older people in our group but overall the place was amazing Chris responded to all our questions the property had everything you would need except your clothes and personal needs great experience

amazing beach house

My husband and I rented the house with family and friends because we got married on the beach and the stay was amazing. The house is super clean, plenty of room for everyone and super close to the beach. I can’t wait to hopefully stay here again one day! ❤️

Spring Break getaway

Very nice residence, clean and smelled fresh. Accommodated our family well. Large open floor plan with big kitchen. Beds and pillows were “fresh and comfortable. We had ages 5 to 72 and all slept well. Loved the close access to the beach. Hope to book again next Spring.

Great place for a relaxing week!

We really enjoyed our time at Chris's place. It's even more spacious than we realized when we booked it. There are many spaces for people to hang out including, the living room, the downstairs room with a fooseball table, and 3 outdoor spaces. Having all that space was great for a large group of friends. The beach is just a short walk away. Chris is a great host who was very quick to respond to any question I had. Will definitely look to stay here again if we find ourselves heading back to the St. Augustine area!

Amazing Experience Butler Beach, St. Augustine

We celebrated the holiday with family and additionally rented a unit at the Creston House next door (walkable to the home). The home was as advertised: a nice open floor plan that easily accommodated our family. The house was clean and full of amenities. The proximity to the beach and the wonderful view of the ocean from the respective decks on the house made this experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.
