Brand new custom farmhouse with high-end features throughout and stunning views of ocean, mountains, and downtown Seattle. 5 min drive to the stadiums, 8 mins to Pioneer Square. Walking distance to the light rail.
This listing is for the upper two floors of our three story home. We live in the separate apartment on the garden level. The whole home is also available to rent under the title Stylish Seattle Farmhouse + Bonus suite.
Our home has luxury beds & linens, multiple decks to take in views of the sound, mountains and city, gorgeous windows everywhere to bring in ample light from outdoors year round, central heating and air, cozy fireplaces and a fully equipped kitchen with an exceptional layout for large gatherings and entertaining.
The property is situated on a hill above a protected habitat area and I-5 is just below that area, so when you are outside you will hear both birds singing as well as the freeway. The noise inside the home is minimal since we used soundproofing materials to make it as quiet as possible.

We bought this property in 2017 and built our home from the ground up. It was always our dream to live near the energy of the city, while still being surrounded by nature. When we first stepped foot on the land we knew it was special - from the views to the privacy to the potential it offered to share a wonderful experience with others visiting the area.
