This modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is thoughtfully designed across multiple levels, offering both privacy and gathering space for families or business travelers.

Bright open-concept living area with designer furnishings, cozy sofa (converts to a sofa bed), smart TV, and large windows for natural light. The chef’s kitchen includes full-size stainless appliances, island seating, and a dining area for six. A half bathroom is conveniently located on this floor.
Second Level:
Two stylish bedrooms—each with a queen bed, premium linens, and spacious closets. A full bathroom with shower/tub combo serves this level.
Top Level:

- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

- Regular rate is for 6 guests, additional guests are $30/person/night up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don't honor yesterday's pricing.
- We stick to our cancellation policy, so consider getting travel insurance to secure your booking.

- Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine); Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
- NO smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.
