This large, comfortable, townhouse is a three bedroom, 2 1/4 bath located at Gold Bend in Northstar-at-Tahoe. It is just steps to the free resort shuttle; only a one minute ride (a half mile) to the main Northstar village. This spacious townhouse offers you the privacy and comfort of your own home.

The master bedroom is located on the third floor and has a high vaulted ceiling with king size bed and a private sink with mirror. In addition there is one separate full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.

A two story vaulted ceiling on the second floor gives plenty of natural light to the main living area. This floor is great room style with ample space in the living and dining room to accommodate full occupancy. A wood fireplace and private covered deck w/seating and BBQ complete the main floor.

The first floor offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The first bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and private deck. The second bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds (4 beds total); perfect for the kids in group!

Plenty of secured storage is available for your skis and mountain toys!

This home is located in the Gold Bend complex. It is 50 steps from the communal parking lot to the front door, but the views make it worth the work! This unit backs up to awesome mountain vistas and a super fun sledding hill out the back.

This home is located in Northstar and is 5 minutes to The Northstar Recreation Center - where guests can enjoy the lounge, spas, lap pool, fitness center, game room, pickleball/tennis courts, bocce ball, and basketball court for $10 per day ages 5 and up. The hot tub and pool amenities listed for this home are shared at the recreation center at the Village at Northstar.

There is no AC in Tahoe. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
