Homeowners Club Access: Access to the Northstar Homeowners Club amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, etc.) requires the provided guest badges and a daily fee of approximately $10-$12 per person. This fee is paid directly to the club upon entry. We recommend contacting the HOA directly for the most current hours and policies.

Grilling: While there is no private grill at the condo, you can reserve a propane grill in the Northstar Village for a $50 fee. Please check with the village for availability and hours of operation before purchasing food for grilling.
