An amazing location literally steps to the beach. Private tropical swimming pool. Key West style home built in 2017. Four bedrooms. Upstairs bedrooms with peekaboo ocean views. Vaulted ceilings with large open split floor plan. Tile throughout downstairs. Granite counters, stainless appliances, fully stocked kitchen with pots and utensils ready to cook your vacation feast. Outdoor gas fire pit with enough seating for everyone. Easy to go back and forth to beach to check out surf, cool off in your own swimming pool, relax in hot tub or get something to drink. 8th Street is known as a good surf break for surfers.

We had an amazing time at this property! The house had absolutely everything we needed (the amount of towels was a huge plus!!). The pool, the kitchen, the proximity to the beach were all wonderful. Kelly was an awesome host and answered all of my questions right away. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Wonderful house

The house was beautiful! The location was wonderful in a local area just a block from the beach. The pool was also great and relaxing. The property owners were wonderful to work with, very helpful answering all of our questions before our stay. I will be staying here again!!!

Check in was easy. House/Kitchen was fully stocked in every way (utensils, beach gear, paper goods). Pool was nice. Gas grill was great. 162 steps to the wooden crossing to beach. Beach was not crowded. Easy parking. Grocery store 10 mins away.

Brothers Trip

4 adult brothers had a great time at this house! Tons of amenities, super close to the beach. Only caveat, one of the 4 bedrooms is pretty small so keep that in mind if you're planning for many people. Overall a fantastic trip, would definitely rent again!

Great for families !

Property is nicely maintained, it is very close to the beach- so convenient when traveling with children. The beach is beautiful! Pool is the perfect size ! House and property are beautiful! Communication with the owners was perfect- they answered my question within minutes. Will be back for sure!

Cocoa Beach Rental

Owners went above and beyond and were incredibly responsive. My son locked himself out of his room and the owner came after 10pm to unlock the door. So kind! The house was very clean and beautiful. The pool area is gorgeous. My one critique is something that the owners have nothing to do with and that is that where the property is situated is loud. It’s in between two busy roads and that is just the makeup of Cocoa Beach. It can be drowned out eventually but loud as you’re trying to fall asleep. Thank you so much for this space and your generosity!

Thank you for your gracious review. Regarding it being “loud” the house literally sits on A1A, is concrete block (very quiet inside) and is 180 steps to the sand in the residential side of Cocoa Beach (exactly how aerial photos depict). We find the location very desirable being so close to the beach and so close (walkable) but far enough away (8 blocks) from downtown Cocoa Beach too. You may be able to find a quieter street but it certainly won’t be on A1A and so close to the sand. We are glad you and your family had a good time and enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub and other amenities. Thank you!

Beach Time

I usually like to book on the ocean. This home was so close with such easy access to the beach coupled with an outstanding kitchen and pool that it worked well. The home was spotless with an easy drive to grocery and restaurants. To drive to Orlando international airport it is only 3 turns. Kennedy space center only 20 min away and Disney 1.25 hours. The up stairs bedrooms lacked end tables and night lights which would have been nice. Having beach chairs, beach umbrellas and boogie boards at the home was an added bonus. The owners were very responsive. The kitchen was the best one I have encountered in rental homes. The pool area lovely with the option to have a heated hot tub amazing. Thanks for sharing you lovely home.
