Great Place, Especially Pre-Cruise

Our family of seven adults rented this townhouse to relax a few days before a cruise. It was in a great location, 7 miles from the cruise port. The beach was two blocks away, and many restaurants were within walking distance. The unit itself was very spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer on site were a big plus, as was having 2/12 baths. The host provided games, a ping pong table, and lots of beach equipment. A fun surprise bonus was an actual record player with albums. Al, our host was very gracious and kept in touch to be sure we had everything we needed. A great place to stay!

Great Location in a Beach Town

We stayed here for 2 nights with 8 people and had a great time. Location is great for the beach and restaurants and the host was very responsive.

Just what we needed

Haven't used VRBO much, but this was perfect. The owner was very responsive and communicative and the house was spotless. There's a nice, private outdoor area, lots of games and equipment for beach activities. And no pet peeve--the water pressure and temp in the shower were planty!

Clean and perfect location

The house is very clean and quiet and located within a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was well stocked, beds were very comfortable and there was even ping pong and a treadmill. The beach access takes you onto the beach in an area that seemed to be more family oriented and was relaxing but if you wanted to join the busier part of the beach by the restaurant and bar, it was a short walk down the beach. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend choosing Al’s home!

Wonderful stay in Cocoa Beach

We had a fantastic week staying in this house! Very clean, plenty of room. So close to walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and Ron Jon Surf Shop. Loved exploring the area! Great communication with the owner as well!

Relaxing Vacation at a Perfect Location

My family and I (total of 4 people) stayed for a weekend. It was absolutely lovely! The house is just like the pictures, spacious and clean. There are 3 bedrooms, we definitely could've fit another 2 people and still been comfortable. The location is amazing, it's about 1.5 hours from Orlando International Airport without tolls. And it's close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. There was a street fair just down the block with live music and vendors when we were there that was fun to wander through. I'd definitely recommend going to the boardwalk by Ron Jon's Surf Shop. It's a gorgeous walk along the beach and there's a cute walking trail with an overhead canopy making for some great pictures! We tried a few bubble tea shops (Bobalicious and Island Tea and Boba), they were all delicious; definitely recommend! Host is very communicative and responded to my messages in under 12hrs. It was a smooth check-in and check-out, and not a ton of rules to follow.

Great house in Cocoa Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay and Al was great about communicating. The house had everything we needed for our stay including plenty of towels and beach supplies. The kitchen was also well stocked. The location is walking distance to the beach and restaurants, stores and everything else you might need are close by. We would highly recommend this property.

Would stay again!

Pictures represent accurately the condo. Recently remodeled, clean. A couple blocks from the beach but very walkable to quiet, clean stretch of beach and many nice restaurants and shops. Enjoyed being off the beaten path for quiet nights and getting away from crowds. Condo had everything we could need and more. Smartly furnished with minimal but ample furniture and bedding which helps high-traffic VRBOs feel cleaner and not too cluttered. Gracious hosts were great communicators with helpful restaurant recommendations and a heads up about a rocket launch. Would definitely stay again!

Greatest stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and activities. The house was roomy, clean and had everything that we needed. It was a 15 minute Uber ride to Port Canaveral too. We will definitely stay here if we come back to this area.

Perfect Accomodation

This place had everything we needed and wanted! The location, size, amenities, and environment were perfect for our family. Everyone was comfortable and it was within walking distance to everything but still had a residential feel and was quiet at night. We will stay here anytime we come back to this area.

We had a great beach vacation and enjoyed the space!

We are a family of 4 and loved being able to enjoy a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, easy parking, great backyard and easy walk to the beach. Our host Al was very helpful and responsive.

Our beautiful home is 1400 square feet with an amazing backyard area to unwind and hear the waves crash in the distance.

As you walk in, you will face a large Florida room featuring an open floor between kitchen and living room, perfect for socializing while cooking a delicious dinner; and a beautiful patio with a beach breeze. The patio includes an outdoor table, chairs, a grill for quality family time, and cornhole take to keep the kids (and adults) entertained. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, and all the equipment needed to prepare a family dinner.

Our home features, in the second floor, a master bedroom with a king sized bed and its own bathroom and powder vanity space, a second room with a queen bed, and a third room, perfect for kids, featuring 2 single beds and a full bed. All linens are provided. The second floor also features a second full bath room.
