After a day of activities on the snow-white sand of Navarre Beach, you may just want to relax. There is no better place to do it than on the large, circular terrace of this 15th (!) floor luxury condominium. From here you can enjoy a 270-degree panoramic view of the beach, the fishing pier, and beautiful Santa Rosa Sound.

Inside you will enjoy the beauty of a professionally decorated, 1400-square-foot home. The master bedroom is large and the master bathroom is phenomenal as it seems to jut out into the Gulf of Mexico.

Of course, there are three smart televisions. And feel free to add to the games and puzzles.

The modern kitchen is completely equipped with anything you might possibly need - coffee maker and Kurig, blender, microwave, ice maker, spices, etc. I would recommend getting extra bags of ice for the beach and such. Also, this condo comes with complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and umbrella from March-October.

This vacation treat yourself to luxury at a very affordable price!

We stayed 3 weeks in this condo and Seth was an excellent host. He was quick to respond with any questions we had. The condo was very clean, stocked with everything we needed and has a gorgeous view of the pier, beach, and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast. The parking garage, pool and beach access are great. You can walk on the beach, the paved walking trail, or the pier. Great place to relax and recharge.

If you are looking for a great condo with incredible views, this unit is for you! Seth, the host, was a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo was very clean and had all the utensils, pots, pans and spices for meal preps in the condo. Beach Colony is in a wonderful location and all of the staff and security are great. We have stayed at different units at Beach Colony. We would definitely stay at this unit again. The beach chair service provided was an awesome perk as well. This is a very family friendly place to stay!

Stunning views of the beach, gulf and pier. The balcony was large and you can watch the sunrise from the balcony. Very spacious and clean condo. Great location. Host was very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Nice Condo but needs some fixing

We have stayed in over 15 different condos and this one was nice, except I expected more from the general upkeep and cleanliness. We could not use the water dispenser or ice dispenser in the fridge because I they were full of black gunk, the handles on the dresser in the main bedroom were either loose or falling off, the microwave still had crumbs in it, and the Light in the kitchen did not want to turn off unless you hit the switch pretty hard. It wasn’t anything big that would ruin our stay, but it was disappointing for the price. The layout was nice, the furniture and beds were comfortable. Would be a home run with a little cleaning and updating.

Family visit

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and the balcony was a good size with lots of seating. Seth was a great host and replied quickly to all of my questions. I would recommend this unit.

Perfect beach staycation

We were moving out of town and chose to stay here for the last four days of our time in Navarre. It was beautiful and perfectly equipped for our needs. The view was exactly what we wanted, and the apartment is comfortable. Showers were a little grimy, but overall it was really a relaxing time.

New Beach Home for Family Vacations

We have found our new beach home for future stays in Navarre. We have stayed at a few places there but we really enjoyed Beach Colony Resort and the unit we were in was fabulous. So thankful to have found this and our host was so wonderful and helpful to speak with.

Family Navarre Trip

This property was a great place to stay. Very clean plenty of room and had everything you needed. The balcony view was awesome. Pool was great and it was a close walk to the beach. Will definitely stay at this property again!

Wonderful Beach Getaway!

This property was very impressive. It is well taken care of and maintained. The balcony at this condo was simply amazing. Everything was very clean and up to date. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were so confortable. Easy access to the beach and pool. The pool and s very big and nice chair set up. The unit came with free umbrella and chair set up on the beach. There are about 5 units per floor and we never heard anyone. If you like a quiet comfortable beach vacay this is the place. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Love the sunken tub with fabulous beach view. The pier is a walk away. This was fun! We saw sea turtles and people catching sharks. Entertainment and resturants were right over the bridge. Will book again.
