We loved this condo. It was one of the best stocked condos we have ever stayed in. Very spacious and clean. The location was perfect. Very easy access to the beach. The view was amazing.

Wonderful

This condo was very spacious(could use a little updating)well stocked with everything we needed. Location was perfect with a beautiful view. Will definitely be coming back. Oh and also loved that it was quiet and peaceful very relaxing!!

Little Getaway

This place has everything you need for a quick getaway (except paper goods - make sure to bring all your paper goods!!!) It is comfortable and an easy place to stay - close to everything. The balcony was a great place to watch the dolphins play each morning.

Great Stay !!

My wife and I have stayed in many condos for vacation. This condo was nice and affordable in a great location. Would highly reccomend staying there. We had a slight problem getting in but Brian quickly got it fixed ( no ones fault, just a misunderstanding in check in time ). Thank you Brian

Beachfront Oasis

Once we had the screen removed, that was up for hurricane protection, it was an amazing view! We were able to walk to the beach easily. Watch dolphins playing in the mornings and in the evenings! It was walkable to a couple of restaurants that were good! Only negative thing was the slide door from primary bedroom we couldn’t get opened. Definitely would stay here again.

Family Vacation 2023

Overall very nice property that was equipped with everything you need. Could use some minor improvements. For example, the knives in the kitchen made it difficult to cut food for dinners in, and the kitchen cabinet door under the sink fell off the hinge the first time we opened it (Old particle board). Other than those minor things, the property was accomodating, the owner was very responsive, and the beach & ocean views were stunning.

We loved this place!

This unit was great for our family of 4. Every room was a good size. The view from the roomy balcony was beautiful! There are 4 lounge chairs with a small table between each pair. My daughters used the bigger table to sort their shells. There were plenty of extra blankets & pillows for the bedrooms & there were enough towels in the bathroom & kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials. No beach chairs or boogie boards available with this unit, which was fine, so we brought our own. There is an area on the ground floor to keep your beach toys. It’s for the whole building, but we didn’t have an issue with our stuff being bothered. Even though this building is 10 floors with 12 units on each floor, we never had to wait more than a few seconds, and there were only a few times that someone else rode with us. There are 2 elevators on each end of the building. We only ate at one of the restaurants on the barrier island. Windjammers was a quick easy walk with good food & super friendly staff. There are lots of restaurants either direction once you cross the bridge. Brian was great to deal with. He responded quickly each time I messaged him before & during our stay. We only had one issue, which was the WiFi not working, and it was resolved the next morning. So we were very happy with everything! We would return to Navarre Beach and stay in this unit again!

Needs cleaning and updates!

We arrived to missing tile on the balcony. Our host said it had been that way for a while.The dishwasher was gross with mold/mildew and unusable.The master bedroom shower curtain had mildew from top to bottom and the tub had a layer of dirt that easily wiped off when I checked to see if it was stained.The sofas had a bad odor and need cleaning or replacement.

We Found our Perfect Vacation Condo

We stayed for a week. 4 generations. 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. This Condo is exactly what it says. Home away from Home. Close enough to pier for the boys to get up early and go fishing, and amazing view for me to have coffee with a view of the Dolphins. This is the perfect Condo for Vacations. Absolutely no complaints. Brian is a Wonderful Owner / Great communication with us. Thank You for our stay. We Will book this Condo yearly

Loved this condo extremely big balcony loved the high ceilings beautiful view would rent again I highly recommend a new refrigerator for this condo to make it perfect the ice machine in the freezer does not produce an adequate amount of ice you will definitely need to buy your own

The condo was great! Very spacious and had everything you needed In the kitchen. Loved being so close to the pier. We watched dolphins swim every morning and evening from the balcony. There was chair and umbrella service you could purchase but it would have been nice if maybe just a small umbrella and a couple of chairs were at the condo that guests could use. Would definitely stay here again!
