Stand alone cottage on our 1 1/2 acre home with separate access. Country style feel on road with multiple acre homes. Sleeps 2 ADULTS and 2 KIDS max. Full kitchen, bedroom and full bath, sitting area with ROKU Tv. 1 mile to UCF. Shopping less than 1 mile away. SR 417 and 408 1/4 mile away. 30 minutes to Disney.

The owners are friendly and the property is everything we needed and expected. It is clean and has everything you need for your stay. We will be staying here when we come back!

Perfect work stay

Jonathan set this little place up perfectly. I was able to cook my own meals and work in between visits to friends and the parks. Clean, quiet & comfortable too!

Convenient to UCF

We stayed here because we wanted to be close to UCF when we moved our daughter into her dorm. The location is wonderful, and the rental was nice - it looks just like the pictures. The owner was very nice and responsive to questions.

Quiet, private, clean rental. The perfect place for us!

We highly recommend this rental. We wanted a quiet, clean place that was central to different attractions. This was all that and more. We loved being able to take walks around the pretty neighborhood also. Jonathan and his wife made us feel at home.

Perfect for short stay

We came into town for a graduation at UCF. The location is ideal being just a few minutes away. It's close to restaurants, etc so you don't have to trek to get something you need or may have forgotten. Great communication with owner. Thanks!

Took the weekend to move our kid into UCF. This location was nice and clean and the best part was the location. Minutes from the UCF campus.

The accommodations were okay. The place was very clean. Some room for improvement on this place: the couch was very uncomfortable can’t imagine someone sleeping on it when opened up, not many of the usual amenities at VRBO places we’ve stayed in US, Europe and Caribbean- no hair dryer, night stands for phones glasses. The kitchen had minimal supplies- no toaster or tea pot only a Kurig coffee maker. They need a few more cooking utensils and a couple large bowls for making salads. The motion light near the main house didn’t work the light on the apartment went on when we got to the door. The worst part was the sulphur/sewage smell of the water we used bottled water to brush our teeth! Really smelly😝

Very nice space and great communication!

Every question I had, was answered in less then 10 minutes! The host are amazing, they provide everything you need to have a great stay and also have very good communication. The location is great too! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Very Clean And Cozy

We enjoyed staying at a clean location. We were able to sleep comfortably. One thing I do want to note is the tight parking. It was hard to get in and out with the cars so close next to our vehicle. Other than that, I do recommend the location. It is a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

They are the best family ever!

What an amazing place and amazing family! Not only did the communicate with me on a regular basis, answering questions, and making sure my friends and I had all we needed they also asked questions about our work and the projects we were developing. The support and encouragement was so overwhelming. And to top it off we entered the space and were greeted by a beautiful card from the family. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious! There is a bed and futon both comfortable. There is so much green on the property, fresh air, and it's beautiful You will not regret your stay with this family! Highly recommend it!

Cozy welcoming space

Love this space. The owner made ease of communication. the cottage in back was clean and well modeled, including the walkway leading to it. I was slightly concerned about next door neighbor blasting music in the evening, yet inside this owner must have sound barrier/ well made walls as I didn't hear any of that music while sleeping. The home itself was super cozy. I made great use of the kitchen and all updated appliances. I was also impressed that they maintain their well water very well. Could hardly tell that it was well water. A space I would stay in again and recommend 👍

Great place to enjoy Orlando!

Look no further! That house is super well located and everything was extremely clean. The communication with Jonathan to check in and check out was super smooth and clear and he was reactive and very helpful with any questions we had. We come to Orlando quite frequently and we will definitely try to book again this place. Perfect for a couple! We highly recommend it for any type of travel!

Very cozy and clean!

The property was beautiful and clean. It was small but felt spacious, and quite cozy. We really loved our stay! We would only recommend bringing a baking sheet if you plan to use the oven, because one is not supplied. All other kitchen utensils are supplied for use however. Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend!
