Great Labor Day Weekend Trip

We had a great long weekend here! The hosts were great with communicating with us and being very accommodating. The house itself was very clean and spacious, and right on the beach!

Family Vacation

A beautiful home, very near the beach! The unit we occupied did not face the ocean to our disappointment. I hadn’t realized this when we booked it, it might have been in the fine details. Access to the porch was nice. The home is updated and was clean! However, I was surprised to find multiple cockroaches upon our arrival. I did message the owner and she was very polite and verified that the home is treated regularly for this. There are a lot of steps to get to the main living area and then additional steps to get up to the bedrooms. With small children this was difficult at times, would not recommend for anyone who struggles to walk up multiple steps. Parking was available for multiple vehicles but difficult when the neighboring/adjoined side was occupied. There is landscaping directly in the middle of the paved driveway, this was difficult to navigate around when pulling in/backing out. The amount of beach supplies that were provided was great- multiple chairs and a wagon were especially helpful during our stay. The walk to the beach was 1 minute away- very convenient!

Beautiful home and location

Very nice place

The property is very clean, located in a beautiful area. The beach shopping and dining was all in walking distance and the grocery store was just a shirt drive away. The only downsides were the tight driveway and two long flights of stairs. We really enjoyed our stay

Perfect space and location for a girls weekend!

Modern, spacious rental just steps away from the beach and 5-10min walk from restaurants and coffee shops. We had a girls weekend and loved spending time here - everything felt so new and clean. The rental was also stocked with basic kitchen items and offered beach items (umbrella, wagon, cooler, etc) at an additional, small rental fee - super helpful so we didn’t need to bring / buy our own equipment! Would recommend this place for future friends and family trips.

Sweet place

This condo is super convenient for getting to the beach. It was very clean and roomy. The kitchen is especially spacious and great for a group of 8 or so. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch with our coffee in the mornings!

BEST experience and LOCATION on the strip

We organized a senior trip for our local football team SENIORS to Indian Rocks Beach! We had 16 families and 19 seniors join this trip and our rental … and the other ones that rented this building with us was BY FAR the BEST! The location …. the home itself … the ROOM to move and not to mention ALL the added items that we had access to use for the beach and our stay! Communication could not have been better and the personal service was greatly appreciated

Todd & Lyzah's condo was the perfect place for our family. It's a wonderful new unit, with an ocean view, and just steps from the beach. The beds and furniture are comfortable, and the location great. Thanks for a great week!

Fantastic stay

Let me start by saying that I am very particular about my accommodations. I could not find one thing wrong with this property. It was clean, new, great location and awesome owners. I am almost hesitant to write a glowing review for selfish reasons. I will definitely stay again.
