Completamente remodelado, condominio frente al mar de tres dormitorios, piscina climatizada, wifi, cable.

Este condominio frente al mar de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños es nuestra casa de vacaciones personal que estamos alquilando a clientes responsables. Como nueva unidad con nuevos pisos de baldosas, pintura, gabinetes de cocina, encimeras y electrodomésticos, baños nuevos, nueva lavadora y secadora grandes, nuevos colchones de espuma viscoelástica y TV Sony de 65 pulgadas. Nuestro pintoresco complejo de condominios de 4 unidades cuenta con una piscina y un patio que incluyen un jacuzzi, parrilla de gas, cocina al aire libre, TV y baño, mesa de billar y otras comodidades.

También hay una habitación adicional disponible en la planta baja con baño, una cama king size y un televisor grande para espacio común adicional para su familia (2 misiones adicionales) por $ 100 adicionales por día más limpieza.

We had a really nice stay at this property with our family. The home was clean, well-kept, and felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the layout worked well for a group.The location was also a big plus—convenient to nearby stores and restaurants, but still quiet enough to unwind. We especially appreciated the jacuzzi and pool, which made the stay feel a little more special. We loved the sunshine view with the sea. This is definitely the best property if you want to be next to the beach.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made check-in and any questions easy to handle.Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again.

Nice pool area for the kids to enjoy. Walls are very thin - you can hear people nextdoor and below you. Great walking distance for Kooky Coconut for ice cream and Crabby Bill's for dinner.

Seriously one of the nicest places we have ever stayed! Comfy beds, super clean, the proximity to the beach (ON THE BEACH!), the pool, the updates/finishes… all of it was fantastic! So many small things were provided that were so helpful (beach bag, aloe gel, salt and pepper, ironing board, etc) all the little things you need but don’t want to/can’t buy! The beach chairs and umbrellas were a life saver and the communal sand toys, balls, pool noodles were too! It truly felt like home! The beach is steps away and the pool was nice and warm- perfect for the windy/chilly nights we had while we were there. Plenty of towels were provided for us and any cooking item we needed they had! The only feedback I would give (none of which took away from the fabulousness of the unit) is the low water pressure in the bathrooms was not ideal and the washing machine was pretty loud when running (we could not run it after kids went to bed). Other than those two small issues, it was truly PERFECT! Highly recommend to all but hopefully not too many people book because we will 100% be back! Thank you Mark and Jeanne!

This is the best condo to stay in on IRB! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked! Ideal location on the beach, not crowded and our kids love the pool and how convenient it is. This is our 3rd year staying and hope to be back again in the future!

Very nice beachfront condo. I would have given 5 stars for beachfront but we couldn’t use the beach in front of the condo due to construction as part of the beach restoration project. Not the owners fault but we had specifically chose this condo/location due to direct access and wish we knew about the construction beforehand. We would definitely stay again and overall enjoyed the beautiful condo.

We love staying here at Indian Rocks Beach! We have stayed at this property the past three years and absolutely love it! We love all of the accommodations and the easy beach access. Everything was clean and we could not have asked for a better vacation:)

Amazing View

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. The view cannnot be beat. Enjoyed fresh coffee on the deck watching the ocean every morning. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Highly recommended this wonderful condo. Would definitely stay again!
