3 bedroom charming farmhouse style waterfront lake house with private covered boat dock. Boat launch available 1/2 block from the home. Cable TV in each bedroom, Internet, vaulted ceiling, washer/dryer, full kitchen, large deck.
Charcoal grill, fire pit, black stone grill, picnic table, hammock.
Sleeps 6 +... King bed in master, queen beds in each bedroom. 2 additional roll away twin beds, queen air mattress, and Pac n play available upon request.
Great location for a private getaway or family gathering. (No parties). This is located in a residential community. ** Please note..this is a sportsman lake and not suitable for swimming.
Wheelchair accessible.
Located off Hwy 19, great place to stay within 30 minutes to Canton 1st Monday Trade Days.
Pets are no longer allowed due to damage from "well behaved" pets.
* The water level is back! Fish on!!

This was by far our favorite lake experience in Texas! Only an hour and change from the city and the most beautiful, serene, and inviting spot. The beds were very comfortable and the house was big, cozy, modern all at the same time. My fiancee caught two bass right off the dock and we saw deer, armadillos, raccoons and more! The hosts were so responsive and quick in communication which makes the trip so much easier and more enjoyable. I absolutely can’t wait to book another stay on a long weekend. We’re already planning our next trip back.

No doubt this place is worth the 5-star rating it has. This is an owner that knows what people are looking for in a rental. Top 5 rental I have ever stayed at. Awesome decor with a well-appointed house.

Highly recommend. Clean. Cozy. Lake is walkable and there’s also private launch access if you are bringing your boat. Kitchen had everything we needed (stove, microwave, utensils, pots/skillets, coffee maker, etc). There are also several fast food, pizza, and restaurants 10 minutes away once you’re back on the main road. Inside games, puzzles, books and outside games. Catfish easy to catch from the dock. Many deer, birds, and squirrels. And even though the home is on the lake - we did not see any boaters during our stay in that cove (so very private).

Outstanding property. Great location on the lake. Boat ramp nearby. The house is super clean and super cute. Great for couples or families. You can fish right off the dock if you want to or bring your own boat. Again, this is one of the best properties my wife and I have been to on Lake Fork, then again, it’s probably one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. The owners were very responsive and everything went seamlessly. We will be back.

The owners were very nice and the property was great. It was clean and lake access was wonderful. We will definitely probably stay again when we get the chance. Highly recommend.

This rental was exactly as described. Clean and plenty of room inside & out. Large property with many areas for outside activities and seating. Catfish fishing from the private dock was very successful & fun for all of us. The deer were out several times a day. The sunrises and sunsets on the lake are beautiful!

Lake Fork Retreat

Our family enjoyed your wonderful Lakehouse retreat as we caught a giant catfish on your long dock over Lake Fork. The large windows captured the view of Lake Fork with Herons and Egrets nesting among cattails. The home was decorated with a Lake House Flair but everyone loved the large sectional that reclined. We would recommend staying at your Lake Fork Retreat with deer strolling in the meadow.

Perfect, quiet and refreshing

Beautiful home, very clean with everything we needed. We did a lot of catfish fishing from the dock in addition to taking the boat out. We plan to return!!

Great House at Lake Fork

We had a group of Dads and Sons stay at the house over the weekend for a fishing trip. The house is perfect and has a great dock on the water for fishing at night.

I rented this home as a meeting place for my husband and I to meet our adult children for the weekend.I would not have been happier! It is so clean and so much room! Absolutely loved everything about it!

Holiday getaway

What a beautiful property. We enjoy each morning watching the deer come in. Fishing on our boat was great and having the dock was so convenient. This home was decorated for the holidays and was so cute. Had all the comforts of home. Would highly recommend this property.

Another Great Stay!

This is our group's second stay at the Sweet Spot. We had a wonderful weekend filled with relaxation & Christmas fun! The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The accessibility of this house met the needs of the people who use wheelchairs. On Saturday night, we ventured over to Tyler to visit Santa Land. It's a great neighborhood. When our vehicle's battery died, a neighbor was over to help us out before I even had a chance to contact the property manager for advice. Thank you! We hope to be back in the future!
